I don'tconsider myself a healthy person and my actions speak for myself. I don't do exercise and I enjoy fizzy drinks and sweets more than vegetables. This can be dangerous for my health and I'm aware of that. In the future, I would like to change my diet and prefer products that have more minerals and vitamins to prevent diseases"

In my case i don't consider myself to have an unhealthy life but I like to eat junk food at times and just like my girlfriend said, I like fizzy drinks. I am currently in the process of reducing junk food and increase the amount of vegetables and healthy food to have a beautiful body.

I don’t considert myself a healthy. However i tried eat healthyn and do excercise my body, because i want feel good. Finally i continue trying have a healthy life ☺️
