  • making sexual comments or jokes about someone's sexual orientation or gender reassignment.
sexual harassment is being touched with consent. 

Consent is when one person agrees to or gives permission to another person to do something. Consent means agreeing to an action based on your knowledge of what that action involves

i think this can be improved by spreading awareness by donating to charities and talk about it online. Let people know they arent alone and what theyre going through is not their fault.
