Ans-Email etiquette refers to the principles of behavior that one should use when writing or answering email messages. It is also known as the code of conduct for email communication. Email etiquette depends upon to whom we are writing- Friends & Relatives, Partners, Customers, Superior or Subordinates.
 
E-mail is a more appropriate and better way of communication then texting. It is a reliable form of written communication that everyone uses in their professional life.
 E-mail is often more desirable than texts in the business world because it allows you to send file attachments of documents, and it leaves a written trail of correspondence that you can use for records or legal purposes. E-mails can also be easily printed from a computer connected to a printer.
