About seven days ago, a lovely art teacher (Miss Haywood) came to our class to teach us how to make clay dragons!

Around 10 minutes later, giggles of excitement came as the teacher told us that when she first started making clay dragons she wasn't very good either.

My best friend's favourite bit was texturing the clay dragons and mine was shaping the wings

At the end of the lesson I finally realised this was very fun and expensive and I was very great full about it.I wish I could do it again!

The coach told not to argue with the coach or you won't play the match. My favourite part, was playing the matches. My friend's favourite part, was shooting and crossing.

After half time- we keep on changing goalies the other team hit the post it is not only fun but it also improved my skills.

I feel happy and I was amazing I cheered and I got the player of the match it was amazing game I can't wait for the next match.

Last week our class participated in a fun clay making lesson at school. First thing in the morning, I noticed that the teachers were making them to!

Miss Haywood encouraged us to put details on our dragons. My favourite part was decorating the dragon (especially the poking in the patterns bit) while my friend was thrilled by moulding the dragon together.

Afterwards, we joined the body parts together and learned how to join clay properly. Miss Haywood told us to think about shapes and scraping as it helps the clay stick. Mine had fancy decorations on it.

As break time came, I realised this wasn't just fun - it ignited my love for art- and I cant wait for my next art lesson

As we eyed the gigantic track , Mr Hillier encouraged us to try our hardest and don't worry about other people . My favourite par was the running but my friend's favourite part was coming 4th place and having fun .

After the race , I played with my friends and cheered everyone on and then I had some food . It didn't just teach me how to have a good passion in running it taught me to be proud of running .

As the event was sadly coming to an end , I realised how shocked that I came 24th and our Cross Country Team came 2nd ( which was really good ) it not only ignited my love for running - and I cant wait for our next race .

As we got ready, Miss Carman said to be brave and try your hardest . My favourite part was the song my friends was being a pirate .

Later on , we started to talk about national woman's month , neurodiversity week and global recycling day . Not only did it make us confidant it also made our parents proud .

As it came to the end , I felt happy and proud I can't wait for the year six production .

As we looked around the gigantic halls, Miss Davies encouraged us to have a great time. While my favourite part was the games, other's was the walk.

Before it started, we learnt more about dodgeball. Not only did it teach us about dodgeball it also taught us about important throwing techniques. As our school collaborated to make a great team.

As our day ended, i realised how much i learnt and i cant wait for our next sporting activities

As we sat on the bench, Miss Carman said "good luck". My favourite part was to say my line, while my friend's favourite part was picking up rubbish.

After we came off the stage, we were going to sing a song called Fantastically Great. Even though we presented to our parents,it also boosted our confidence.

I felt proud that we presented to our parents, and relieved that it was exciting, and I can't wait for our next class assembly.

As we all ran, Mr Hillier and the other parents encouraged us to keep going. My favourite part was running with my parents ( mainly trying to beat them) but my friends's favourite part was the oranges.

After a drink, me and my friends said how many laps we did to see who done the most. I ran 1.2 miles and six laps! The oranges were so yummy and delicious, I wish I could've gotten more.

As time washed away, I remembered how much fun I had. This run wasn't just exhausting - it gave me so much confidence for running- and i can't wait for our next trip!

Mrs Spears encouraged us to discuss about what our favourite part of the day was. Mine was the story while my friend liked explaining the story.

Later we did art about climate change and how it impacted the earth. Then we put signs on how we can stop climate change.

This day wasn't just fun-it taught me to not joke about such a serious topic-and i cant wait for the next adventure.

Before we started, Miss Carman encouraged us to speak loud and clear so the audience could hear our voices. My favourite part was at the end when Amay I said it was his birthday and acted like an animal.

I did the song fantastically great women and it taught me that woman has a part in this world and that they are not to be disrespected no matter what race they are.

I learn to raise my voice and to not be quiet as I cannot wait for next exciting assembly!

Making your dragons just spark of creativity but also improved our ability to make art. The artist told us to be quiet I was to listen, but my favourite part was the Result of but my friend was the making of the Dragon.

First, we made the body; then the head; next the tail; after the feet and finally the wings.

And over all we had a good time and I liked my dragon and other liked theres to.

School . As we walked in , all I could hear was the nervous chatter from my classmates.

As we sat down. Miss carman told us we would be amazing. My favourite part was when Amay pretended to be a donkey at the end but fletcher's favourite part was when he done the introduction.

Our assembly was about neurodiversity week, international women's month and global recycling day and at the end our assembly had fantastically great song , this assembly taught me to be confident and brave.

As our assembly finished I was so proud that I talked in front of everyone, cant wait for our next assembly.

As I grasped onto the gooey-like substance (clay) our new, well-trained visitor taught us how to make the body. My favourite segment was modelling the wings (especially the minor details). My friend's favourite time of the lesson was joining the pieces together like a jigsaw puzzle.

Much later, we added parts not needed but to make it more intriguing as it was our dragons. As time dissolved, I looked at my artwork and it wasn't too bad. At last, I made some minuscule adjustments and I was really happy with work.

As our lesson ended I noticed how much I learnt - and it reignited my cherish for clay.

Before kick-off, Mr Baker encouraged us to try our best. My favourite part was scoring a goal but Casey's favourite part was beeing able to play.

In the first half, it was a close game but then I made a run and slotted it into the bottom corner. Then, in the second half it was a nail biter because it was 1-0 to us but a hand ball in the box gave them a penalty. And then they smashed it down the middle and like that it was 1-1. This match was fun but very tiring.

As the match ended, I felt very proud that I got a goal and I am looking forward to getting a goal next match.

Esmè laughed and told me to get ready , as soon as the first lap I passed I knew my favourite part was how much fun it was . But Evie's favourite part was the pictures getting taken.

Some other people achieved a lot of laps like a lot! The running didn't just teach us to be active it also ignited my love for running .

I felt so proud of how many laps I did. I cant wait to do some more running!

Miss Spears encouraged us to have a lot of run through our class assembly I got to go on stage with my friends.

After, are class assembly we got extra play with our friends for doing so well.

Now it is the end of the day I have realised how much I know about happiness.

I can not wait for my next class assembly!!!

As we warmed up miss Scannell and miss Welsh encourage us to do our best. My favourite was tumbling(particular the tumble track.) my friends was competing on the floor.

After lunch, we went to the tall vault. running in the track as I jumped on a spark of happiness as I landed it. As my group cheered me as I walk of.

as the day ended I realised how good we were, this wasn't just a trip it ignited my love for tumbling. I can't wait for my next competition.

Mrs Sharma encouraged us to get into pairs for the wheelchair activities. My favourite part was the spinning on the wheelchairs but my friend's favourite part was the musical statues.

After the musical statue, we got to play tag with other students in my class. I partnered up with my other friend which likes tag(he was really good at wheeling away)

This day wasn't just fun, it taught me all about how people on wheelchairs move around. I can't wait for the next adventure!

As we sat down , a kind gentleman explained a story about his disabled friend and how it is hard for him. After that he said to get a partner. He explained some safety rules (since it was my birthday) he chose me to be the safety example.

After learning the rest, we danced to music (everyone joined in) the songs were we will rock you and Y M C A. My partner was really funny (I loved it when i could control well) my friend loved just to be able to use it.

As it all ended, I realised it is really hard for disabled people. I cant wait for our next adveture.

After break, we made all of the parts, stuck them together and tidied up. Making them was not only a fun activity but also taught me how to handle clay properly. My dragon turned out really good.

As the workshop finished, I realised how fun clay is. I felt proud- of what mine turned out like- and was amazed by everyone else's dragons, I can't wait for our next art lesson.

After talking, we got all the resources to make the clay dragons -that a visitor was handing out -. My design was so sticky I couldn't get it off my hands.

As the day ended,I realised how much I learned and it ignited my live for art . I can't wait for the next one.

As we listened to the artist Miss Carman encouraged us to do our best. My favourite part was making the head while Brooke 's favourite part was stuffing the body with news paper.

After the clay was handed out we made it into a cup shape and put news paper in it we stuck it together by using a scratcher and water. Not only did it teach me to do my best and to not touch the clay to much.

As we finished I was so proud of what mine looked like (and my other class mates) I can't wait for the next clay making.

After lunch we went down to the yer for to show them a story so they laughed. us it was there tone we laughed at them.

Last week, our class participated in a fascinating , arty adventure at our school. As soon as I stepped in the classroom , I could hear gasps of amazement from my friends , who were shocked by the realistic sculptures.

As we started, Mrs. Haywood - the teacher who was helping us - encouraged us to put our unique ideas forward. My favourite part was shaping the tail, while my friend enjoyed creating the delicate wings.

After we had finished our main dragon body, we started to shape our head and tail. Building dragons not only helped my sense of art, but also taught me useful techniques.

As the day ended, I summarised how much I had learnt. This event hadn't just been fun - it had ignited my creative knowledge- and I can't wait for my next great adventure!

First , Miss Haywood gave us each some clay and then we started to form it into dragons , it was harder then it looked . Then we started to do the tail next ( which was my favourite part ) and i thought mine looked good .

Before break, we added details to our dragons and my friends liked my patterns I put on my dragon . My friends thought my eyes were funny too! Miss Haywood said the last step was to add wings . She said the wings where hard to do so she helped us to do it .

As the morning ended, I learned lots of things so now I know how to make clay dragons . It made me want to make clay dragons again .

As soon as possible we started working on our catapults . On our table we had to keep it standing from the powerful wind, so we tied the stick pyramid together, then we painted it blue! When we took them out to the year three playground, the year threes jaws dropped in shock!

Then we also made large flags to steal, each table had an idea, make shields!!! Now we were ready for battle, miss spears told us to get ready for our first brutal battle when it was battle time on the year threes playground. With zeal I dropped into battle! But...we lost , YELLOW won and we were a bit woeful but we thought it didn't matter it was all about fun loads of it.

My personal favourite part was everyone being hit by the catapults and people wearing funny costumes.(me and arch wore the sam thing).

When I said stop to Praduim and Musa they were frowing crisp packets on the grond at the end we sang a song.

When the song finished the song it tort me to be brave.

I realised when we had finished I was happy.

I can't wait for the year six lever play.

A few days ago we made clay dragons, first we got some clay then put the clay into two equal parts, then we shaped both of the clay parts into a bowl shape.

After that we put some news paper inside the bowl shapes to stop it from collapsing when we put the dragon together, then we put the two clay bowl shapes together, then curved it slowly into the body of the dragon.

Later that morning we got some more clay for the head of the dragon, then put a hole into the head of the dragon so it would be easier to put on the body of the dragon, then we made the tale of the dragon and the leg's after we did that we put it all together, then put holes on the body to make it dry out easier.

When we done that, we all made the wings for the dragon, then ben't the wings so we can put it on the dragon faster, then we put patens on the wings so the dragon will look better then it would with normal wing's, then put the wing's on the dragon, when we finished that we let the dragons dry so we can paint them when they do dry.

However this clay activity was not just fun but in made me love doing clay and made me want to do it lots of times, and my favourite part was the shaping and the patens, but my friends favourite part was putting the dragon all together and decorating it.

Last Wednesday we made are amazing clay dragons with a professional artist. My classmates were excited, amazed and looking forward to it!

As we were listening, Miss Carman encouraged us to take your time and it doesn't matter how you do. My favourite part was the final result on my clay dragon. But my friend's favourite part was the head of the clay dragon.

After the body, we did more detail on the head and tail of my clay dragon. But it taught us about are creativity in my design!

I'm amazed how my clay dragon turned out and it ignited my love for art! I can't wait for are next art lesson!

A fun filled day at a running Event

Last Friday, everyone participated in a running event for fundraising at the Gutman Centre.

Mr hillier encourage us to run more, my friend loved eating the oranges and my favourite part was the running.

After Break, we counted how much Laps we did, miss Shama told us it was one minute left so we sprinted the rest.

As the day ended, i realised how much i did it ignited my love for running.

As we enter the hall,Miss carman told us we would be amazing. As we prepared . I knew I would be amazing because I rememberer all my lines.

After we prepared, everyone was existed to do there part. As we had three different topics one was intonation women's day Neurodiversity celebration week and global recycling day it tort me confidence and it was exciting for parents to watch.

As it ended, I felt proud and happy and willing to do it next time .

As we saw the coming in, Miss Carman told us we would be amazing. My favourite part was my line ( I'm pretty sure thats in September). While my other friend loved Amay's part at the end.

The class assembly was about March. First was intonation Woman's Day. Next was Neurodiversity week. Lastly was Global Recycling Day. Its all total march madness.

After the class assembly, I was proud. My mum came to congratulate me, I cant wait for our leavers assembly.

Last Tuesday, the gymnastics team journeyed to Kingston Gymnastics Centre for the county competition. As soon as I stepped in the gym, I could hear the whirls of people practising their routines.

As we practised our breath - taking routines, Miss Welsh reminded us that we were going to be spectacular and don't worry a bit. My favourite part was landing on the vault ( especially hearing my teammates cheer me on ) while my friend , Hetti , loved cheering our team on.

After eating, we went to perform our floor and we all did amazingly good. Participating in this competition not only boosted our confidence but reminded us to always try our hardest not matter what. Our last event was Body Management where we manage our body's in certain ways.

As we were leaving, I realised how well we did. All of us were proud of our place - we came sixth - and i can't wait for our next competion!

On the 27th of March we took part in making Clay Dragons in our classroom we where frightened and exited at the same time. As mrs Haywood set up we felt less frightened

After lunch we was practising for the adults so it would be fabulous everyones voices has gotten louder which is great the song we are learning is getting better and better the more we learn .

As the day came to an end i realised how hard the teachers has helped us learn all about the class assembly (i loved it and hopefully everyone else did)

When we had finished , I was so proud of our clay dragons that we had made and I can't wait to make more clay animals .

When we finished checking in, Ms.Scannell wanted us to discuss about something we might like. My favourite part was exploring the grand architecture ( especially Queen Victoria's sitting room) while my friend adored seeing the amazing house of Lords and the posh House of Commens.

After we got split into groups, we had a lovely tour around the whole building. Learning all about the House of Parliament not only taught us about history but also sparked our creativity by getting to know so many facts. Our teacher (Ms.Mart)luckily got bills of a bus stop and a dancing studio.

When the day was over, I had noticed how much I had discovered. This trip wasn't just brilliant ( it recreated a spark of my love of parliament) and I can't wait to go again!

About one week ago, my class and I walked up to the guttman stadium ( we were very tired when we got there).Me and my class were fascinated and jaw dropped when we arrived.

Mrs Sharma encouraged us to do as many laps as we possibly can. My favourite was running fast as I can, however my friends favourite part was chatting to each other.

After we got there, my class ran as fast as they can trying to get to the front. Me and my friend did fifteen laps, every two laps we got a drink and rested until we were ready.

My friend and I saw a camera so we sprinted hopping he took a picture.

As the day ended me and friends all ate oranges together.

I can't wait for our next trip.

Last week our class performed a fabulous Assembly in the Bedgrove Junior School hall. As the year group entered the room, I could hear the excitement and nerves of my class mates.

Before we started, Miss Carman was very encouraging by assuring us we would all be amazing. My favourite part was Amay closing the assembly but Ronnie's was telling the audience who his inspirational woman is.

Our Assembly was about International Woman's Day, Neurodiversity and Global Recycling. It taught everyone how important these subjects are.

As the school day ended I felt very proud of myself as I had performed in front of the entire school and some parents. It sparked my love for the stage. I can't wait to do it again.

The artist handed us some clay and we rolled them in to circles Advaita sed that she was exited . After that she tolled us to put the pinch pots to gether but we had to stuff news paper then we did the tale .My favourite was stuffing the body however Amber's favourite part was making the head .

After the tail , we did the feet , the head and the wings we scratched them all water'd four then attached them . Making the head had tort us to work with clay and stuff news paper in it so it dus not shrink and end up flat !

All of the art had ignited my love for art i cant wait for my next make.

When we were in are huddle, miss Davies said we'll be amazing and we'll win. My favourite part was the match while Ivy's was training.

In the first half, Layla made some amazing saves and I scored an amazing goal assisted by Elsie. Then in the second half, Ivy scored a goal also assisted by Elsie making it 2-0 to us. It was not only fun it taught me sportsmanship.

Once the match was over, I felt very proud (because i scored a goal and we won 2-0). Can't wait till the next game.

On Saturday 22nd March, I participated

in a cross country race for Bedgrove Junior school. When I could hear the excitement of

Before we started to race, Mr Hillier encouraged us by telling us that we will all by amazing. My favourite part was racing while my friend's was rolling down the hill after the run.

In the race, I came first place and Bedgrove Junior School came second overall. It taught me to keep my pace when running.

As the day came to an end, I was proud of myself and it sparked my love for running. I can't wait for the next one.

Last week, our class made clay dragons in our classroom. As soon as the lesson started, I could hear excited voices from my class as we sat down.

Once the class was settled, Miss Carman told us to listen and look at Miss Haywood. My favourite part was making the head while some of my friends liked making the feet and eyes.

A few minutes later, we had to attach the head and tail to the body. Making clay dragons made me think how different all of our dragons looked like. My dragon didn't include detail and spikes.

When we finished , I was proud on how mine had turned out. This lesson wasn't just fun- it made me more comfortable to play with clay - and I can't wait for our next clay lesson.

A few weeks ago our school went to run at the Guttman with Mr Hillier and Mrs welsh

( Mr Hillier ran 22 miles and mrs welsh ran 17 miles) me and my friend ran 4.4 miles so it means we ran 19 laps. My favorite part was eating oranges (they were very juicy) my friends favorite part was running past people

As the events ended i found out my love for cross country, even though my legs still hurt to this day

Last month, our class took part in an exiting event, called World Book Day. Our whole school got involved, even some of the teachers joined in! When I came in I heard some of my classmates comparing costumes whilst giggling about who's is the funniest.

Miss Carman was thrilled by how much effort students have put into their costumes. My favourite costume was Josie with her Mr Gum costume but my best friend's favourite was Devyn with her elderly Gangster Granny costume.

When it was break time we were playing our characters from our books, but with a twist because they weren't all from the same story. We came back exhausted from all the acting we did. Not only was it fun but encouraged us to act in front of other people.

I'm very happy how it turned out, I would've liked it to be every single day! This day wasn't it just fun - it ignited my love for reading- and I can't wait for our next World Book Day!

Miss Carman told us we would be amazing. My favourite part was starting off the assembly while Oscar's favourite was Amay's ending.

I felt proud that I performed in front of the school and parents and relieved that it had gone well. I cant wait for the next performance.

Ms Haywood was doing it easy because she had more practised, but for some of us it wasn't as good. My friend was struggling but her favourite part was particapating.

Before break, our class was warned to add the perfect amount of detail to our work. Carefully we smoothed it down and adding the head legs body and arms.

As Ms Haywood was telling us how and when to pant it just then I realised how much I had learnt and how much fun clay models can be I think I will do this more often.

As we lower our voices, Ms Spears and Mrs Sharma asked us to read each other favourite books. Later, we talked about the interesting things that happened today.

My favourite part was all of the books that everyone bought in (especially my best friends book)on the other hand my friends favourite thing with everybody's costumes.

After we ate lunch, we role -played different stories to each other. Acting different stories to each other not only made us love acting but also showed us our amazing acting

skills. My group acted out Gretta and the Giants.

As the day ended,I realised how much I had learned. This day wasn't just fun-it showed me how amazing reading is - did you know that world book day happed every year and you get book tokens!

Last month, my class had a class assembly based on world book day. All of my classmates were laughing and giggling in happiness.

Mrs Hmaidi gave out our lines on a piece of paper to help us if we needed it. My favourite part was doing my lines however my friends favourite part was watching everyone did there lines.

On the morning of the day, all of the parents come in to the hall and found a seat. All of the parents really enjoyed watching and had a great time. After the rest of year five left the hall we got to see our parents for a bit.

This was an amazing experience I cant wait for the year six class assembly.

Mrs Hmaidi assigned us different roles to practice to make it the best assembly. My part was the paperclip and my friends was maroon crayon. The outrageous part was we only got to practice in the hall once and the rest was in the classroom.

Before we started we got into our positions and waited for the parents to arrive. The performance went smoothly, we spoke clearly and Mr Hillier said it was great. Once we had finished the assembly the parents cheered.

I was very proud of the assembly and i cant wait to do another one.

Miss Haywood instructed us to watch and listen to her demonstration. She modelled how to join the clay. I enjoyed putting it together, but on the other hand, my friend found it hard.

Once we listen to Miss Haywood, she told us how to make the tail and head we had to angle our hands and roll the clay we made the more realistic by adding eyes horns and wings.

At the end of section I felt proud of my interest in Can't wait to paint my dragon next week. (-_-)

Last week, our class sculpted clay dragons. Upon hearing about this event, I could hear buzzes of excitement from my classmates. When we started miss Haywood placed tools on the table and then instructed us to roll our peice of clay into a bean shape for the body.

After miss Haywood told us to mold the clay into a pot shape then dampen the edges and scratch the edges then we stick it on . Then we do the same thing with a sausage shape for the tail.

Then we made the legs and wings. For the legs we made 4 mini sausages then we dampened and scratched it then stuck on the legs same with the wings.

After we finished we added detail such as horns and spikes I was proud of my clay dragon and my freind felt the same about themselfs.

Every time we practice Helana (our dance teacher) always tells us to keep smiling as we are dancers until the end of the show. My favourite part was dancing my heart out my friends favourite part was putting hands out at the end of practice .

After a good talk with my sister and the cheering of my friends we finally perfected out round off cross. All of the cheerleaders were taught a back up dance while the basketball players did there catchy dance in front.

After an extra practice with everyone after school I already knew our dance group was going to be staring on stage. When my time dancing was over I knew i was going to be sad but full of proudness. I can wait for the big congrats at home!

As the other teams played, this was our chance to make a plan. Our team encouraged us to try our hardest. My favourite part was when it was our turn to play while my friends was to flip the scoreboard.

Finally, it was our turn to play but they were advanced teams which made it harder to play. The scored weren't so good... we placed last but it was a good game.

In the end, I've learnt that winning doesn't matter, it's about having fun. I can't wait for my next tournament!

Right when we go there Mrs Hmaidi encouraged us to get stuck and have fun. My favourite part was the it but seb's was the racing around the hall.

After we were used to the wheelchairs, we did more motions like ( e.g it ) and even dancing crazy hay ?

I was amazed by what sports you can do with no mobility.

As we started, Santino told me to inform him of how immersive the space reality was as we saw past the Sun in an instant, which pushed me into the back of my chair, but still, that was not it. My favourite part was when we fell into our universe and Santino's was when we went so close to the Sun that he was screaming his head off.

After my first turn, I was frozen and felt dizzy and Santino was terrified by my reaction before he even had his first go. It taught us about the motion in space and what it's like to survive up there. And we were both surprised by the lion in the jungle which no-one was expecting.

The experience was so fun that it made me fall in love with the history in space: I can't wait to practice my other skills in another workshop.

I then competed with year six and sevens and guess what we got for it was so crazy because we got fourth!

My teacher that taught me for the whole entire year was Miss Z. Her motivational speech It doesn't matter if you're good it matters how you play.

My favourite part was saving the goals while my friend Toby and in year six loves scoring goals (he's very good). He is better in saving. I'm better in midfield you know I would win.

After the tournament, I had a very nice meal just to congratulate myself pat on the back. This was a great memory for me🤗

The man encouraged us to look around this amazing experience and tell your partner, what you can see around you .The best bit of this incredible experience for me was when we saw the international space station cowering below us. Amelia's best part was when she saw an alien .

After everyone was in ,we explored the burning planets of our existing solar system .Then we explored the scientific international space station . After that he told us about facts about the planets (especially the ISS)

This superb adventure not only gave me facts about space but made me exited for the next one .

Whilst having so much fun Miss Idrissi encouraged us to discuss about what we saw and liked. My favourite part was laughing with Justin whilst Ali's favourite part was looking at the planets.

After the space section we moved onto 2 more things. First we looked at the snowy mountains and then we looked at the lions and tigers in the jungle and we laughed a lot.

At the end, I released how much fun I had and I learned the by looking around you can see more things and I cant wait to do it again.

The instructor told us to pay attention so we would not break or damage anything. My favourite bit was when we went on the wheelchair whilst my friend(Ryans) was speeding through the hall.

After that, we played wheelchair basket ball and to play we did roll,roll,clap and we had allot of fun!

The wheelchair sports boosted my passion for sports and and I can't wait to do it again!

As Ms Haywood (the instructor) instructed us, I looked around and saw the not normally focused faces thrilled by the experience. I loved and found it easy, but my partner found it hard.

Then, if we had finished the body we could use extra clay to add details. Then we got extra clay for the tail and legs.

I felt very vivacious and proud of my sculpture and it ignited my love for sculpture!

Miss Haywood instructed us to listen and watch to her demonstration where she showed us how do you join the tail head and wings to the body.

To make The tail we had to angle our hands and roll the clay then we made them more realistic by adding eyes, horns and wings.

At the end of the session I felt proud it sparked my interest in art also, I can't wait to paint them and take my dragon home on Friday.

After we settled down, miss Hayward instructed us to listen and focus. I enjoyed making its tail, while my friend enjoyed making designs.

The teacher told us how to make the tail by using our arms.We also made it more realistic by adding eyes, horns and wings.

At the end of the session, I felt proud of my craft and it sparked interest in art for me. I can't wait to paint my Dragon next week.

Once we finished our jazzy dance Helayna instructed us to have fun, smile and be great. My favourite part was hanging out with friends and dancing were as my friends favourite part was dancing her heart out.

We practiced, - during lunch- worked hard and enjoyed ourselves. By the time we were ready we managed to show to Mr Hillier and practiced and practiced. My partner was Ava and we enjoyed the partner work and kept on smiling away.

By the end of practice I realised how proud I was of doing this ( as it is my 3rd time doing this experience) and cant wait to perform this impressive dance!

At Bedgrove, on Tuesday our school football team faced off against Haddenham. As we were warming up my teammates and some parents gasped to how late they were.

As our team had a team talk Mr Baker said that they were all year sixes but that does not matter which boosted me up. My favourite part was getting man of the match from the other team (my dad was happy😀) and my friend Toby favourite part was scoring.

As the match started we score the opening goal which the first half ended 1-0. A few minutes left in the second half my teammate handballed it in the box which they scored the penalty which we drew the match but we were happy with the ending.

At the end of the match I learnt how to keep your stamina all game.

We encouraged Mr Hillier and Miss Welsh by running for 30 minutes . My favourite part was when running with Beth , Eves favourite part was the music .

After running for HOURS it felt like we made it to the final lap. YES WE MADE IT ! And after that we had orange slices which were yummy

After an amazing run , I learnt supporting others is amazing! Can not wait for our next adventure !

After making it's body, We modelled the tail, Arms, Legs, head and extra detail like spikes and ears and wings to make it more realistic .

At the end of the lesson , I was impressed with my clay dragon. I can't wait to paint it next week.

The Instructor told us to find our partner and the find a wheel chair.I loved the wheelchair tag while Olivia R enjoyed the push,push,clap part the most.

After getting used to the wheelchair's movement, one of which was tag.

The experience was unforgettable i hope we do this again.

Last week -27th of march 2025- my class got to create are very own CLAY DRAGONS in our very own classrooms!

First we made the body. I have to say it was very strange. Our first instruction was to SPLIT IT IN HALF and make pinch pots. Next we would put newspaper inside and stick it back together! Why!

After every activity it got even more fun -but also got even harder-.

My favourite part was the wing but my friend -Aadhil- enjoyed making the head.

I would love to make this a hobby and make other things as well. It was even better than i thought it would be -witch is amazing- i would do this a second time round.

Two weeks ago me and my cross country team went to Bridgewater for a cross-country race. I could hear the mumbling of everyone that was there, I was guessing they were nervous like me.

Mr Hillier encouraged us to do are daily warm up/ stretches for the big race. My favourite part about it was collecting the medals, as for George's favourite part was running for our school.

After we watched our school (and three private schools) we went on a big hill which had amazing view. As we watch the races we began to roll down the hill for fun and get dizzy.

The fun race made me proud of myself and improve my running skills. I came tenth place and three places than last time and Esme came first, and us three came second in the team run. Maybe I can win next time.😁

Last week ,team one went to a gymnastics competition at Milton Keynes gymnastics center. As we arrived we put our stuff down, I could hear gasps from everyone.

As we warmed up Miss Scannell and miss Welsh encourage us to do our best. My favourite was tumbling (particular the tumble track. my friends was competing on the floor.

After lunch, we went to the tall vault. running in the track as I jumped on a spark of happiness as I landed it. As my group cheered me as I walk of.

Today ended I realise how good we were, This wasn't just a trip it ignited my tumbling. can't wait for my next competition.

Miss Haywood Instructed Us To Watch And Listen. My Favourite Part Was Making The Head And Tail Whilst My Partner Enjoyed Adding Details. (It Made It So Cool.)

Me and my fellow Reading Ambassador, Ellie, went around the class, snapping pictures of peoples fascinating outfits and trying to guess their impersonations. Ellie's favourite bit was admiring the costumes, whilst I enjoyed taking the photos of our classmates posing to theme.

After break, we focused on a book called 'Greta and the Giants' that was about climate crisis and forming an eco-friendly environment. We worked in groups of our choice (yay!) to create a massive poster showcasing the advantages of a sufficient ecosystem and why we should stop burning fossil fuels (such as coal) to create power and electricity. As well as being fun, this exercise triggered our arts-and-crafts mindset and that also meant that our creativity and curiosity were thriving (double yay!)!

As the day came to a close, I realised that opening a book could open your mind, not only by double-boosting your vocabulary, but in addition also expanded our imagination. I reflected what I had learned: World Book Day can teach you loads of things, and I just can't wait till next year's adventure! :D pls like guys tysm :)

Every time we practice Helana (our dance teacher) always tells us to keep smiling as we are dancers until the show is over. My favourite part was dancing my heart out my friends favourite part was putting hands in at the end of practice.

After a good talk with my sister and the cheering of my friends we finally perfected our round off cross. All of the cheerleaders were taught a backup dance while the basketball players did there catchy dance in front.

After an extra practice after school i already knew our dance group would be staring on stage. When my time dancing was over i knew i would be sad but full of proudness. I cant wait for the big congrats at home.

As we were going to the wheelchair, Mrs Hmadi said to get into pairs. The Instructor told us we can move around freely, my favourite part was doing wheelchair tag, my partners was doing roll, roll, clap.

After doing that we the instructor told us to swap over , after they had a turn we got to go on i crash a few times but i still carried on.

As the session ended, i was super exited to do the amazing wheelchair workshop again.

Miss Idrissi encouraged us to look around and discover the amazing world of space. My favourite bit was seeing the moon landing ON THE MOON! Although

my best friend Oliver liked flying past a NASA space station!

After that we gazed at a meteor falling from the sky! Let alone, seeing all the planets! And if you thought watching the moon landing was cool (which it was) wait until you hear about being Neil Armstrong and coming out of Apollo 11.

This lesson made me realise how big space really is.

When I came off the teacher ( Miss Welsh ) told us to get into space and encouraged us to believe in ourselves and that we can win. Personally my favourite part was scoring and being happy.

After half time my friends went off and got cookies there were Maryland and bourbons.

Not every thing is about the game it is about having fun that matters and being proud of yourself.

Our first instructions was to make pinch pots with the clay. Pinch pots are when you split your ball of clay into half's then you gut the insides. Then you stuff it with newspaper.

We had lots of top tips for making the dragons: don't overwork your clay, try to smooth over cracks and twist the pieces together when sticking two different clumps together.

It was a stupendous experience, and I can't wait to do it again.

Miss Davies encouraged us to run . The track was very big (me and Ellie did 3 laps ) it was hard but fun. My favourite part was running with all my friends (this was Ellies favourite part too!)

Most people enjoyed themselves , well I know I did . But I learnt that its not all about going the fastest or doing the most laps its about having a good time I would do it again any time.

As we began the day, I felt a surge of excitement. My favourite part was diving into glorious novels, whilst my friend's favourite part was acting out a set story.

After lunch, we watched a video entitled 'Greta and the Giants', which we acted out to the Year Fours. My group did a fantastic job of acting it out, and we had armfuls of fun.

As the day came to a close, I realised how much I'd enjoyed the activities. It sparked my liking for reading - and I can't wait for next year!

Last month, a group of children and Miss Welsh went to a swimming competition against 10 different schools at Stoke Mandeville Stadium. As soon as we arrived at poolside, we settled down and put on our hats and goggles.

Chatter and laughter from all the swimmers as the first race started 25 meter front crawl. Miss Welsh encouraged us to swim as fast as we could. My favourite part was getting first in most of my races, whilst Graces was getting to skip school.

After all the races had finished, we had lunch and we got some sweets and the announced the winners we came 1st! We all did the same races (they where all 25 meters) front crawl backstroke and breast stroke.

As the day ended, I realised (teamwork makes the dreamwork) and I cant wait for next years!

First of all , Mrs Hmaidi introduced us to World Book Day, a day dedicated to the joys of reading. After that , we got to read for pleasure ( only for 30 mins ) . My friend enjoyed reading on the bench while I enjoyed reading on the Table Tennis Table.

After break , we listened to our story - Greta and the Giants. It was about a girl that tried to save the forest from the giants that are destroying it. It is based on Greta Thunberg.

Afterwards , we had to draw a picture based on the story.Also we had to en-act the story to the Year 4s. My group was Summer, Aiza and Fleur.

As the day ended , I realised how much I had learnt. It had sparked my love for reading , creativity and my artistic skills. I can't wait for this next year!

The teachers then instructed us to watch and listen to the demonstration how to make the body ,head and tail . Then we had to scratch (it with the tools ) and add water to make it stick together. My favourite part was making the body mean will my friends favourite part was making the details

Next , wee made the wings , eyes and feet then we made some more body details . After that we rolled out the rolled out the tail with are hand then we sculptures the feet and then stuck it all together .

After the session was over i felt over the moon it sparked my creativity I can not wait to paint them next week !!!

Last Thursday,we were sculpting clay dragons and it buzzed our excitment and we had a tool,water and a brush.

The instructer instructed us to watch and learn to her demonstrations.She told us how to stick the clay together by scratching and putting water on one side.My freind found it fiddly but fun.

After,we made the tail and head by rolling and modling the clay and attatched eyes,claws,spikes and wings to make it realistic.

At the end of the session it really pushed my creativity,I felt proud and I cant wait to paint them.

At the start of the year, Helena told 31 of us to demonstrate our skills. I made it and 25 other people so we started to practice the dance but first we needed to know the theme which was High School Musical we all we supper excited to dance

First Helena told us to chose a partner I chose a year 6 girl called Ava. Then we had to chose basketball or cheerleading I chose basketball and so did my partner. It took a long time but we finished the dance so Helena added another song. My favourite part was learning the dance and my friends was the pompoms.

At lunch (on Wednesdays ) we would go and practice. One day, on popeys hleper day the kids for it watched and gave us feedback. We then took the feed back and we did it better then Mr pope and Mr Hillier watched and they all said it was really good.

At the end we only have 1 more practice left. I hope we do well at the waterside theatre.

As we did so, we were into the clay and scrape the top of both clay and put water on one of the clay, then stick them together and smooth them out. I found it easy while my partner found it frustrating next we made three holes on the body one on the bottom and the two sides, this was for the tail and the heads

we got another piece of clay for the head We pinched we pitched part of the clay to make this the snout of the head. A while after, we got another piece of clay and we were supposed to roll it up for us too we put our hand in a position so we could roll it so one I was bigger than the other. After that, we scraped the tail and scraped the bit that was gonna stick on to the tail then we got our pinky finger and move around the hole that we put on the body to make it bigger for the tail then we put the tail and the body together making the dragons tail. After that, we go back to the head that we made the snout on and and put some clay out for the eyes then we put the eyes in and make pupils then I added some horns to make it scary then I scraped the back of the head and scraped the bit that the head was gonna go on then the head was made then I squeezed a bit of the body to make the neck of the dragon. After that I wanted to make some decorations to make it more scary looking so I added some spikes at the back and then it was time to make the feet the feet were a bit simple. We just got some clay ripped it up into four pieces and used are tool, which looks like a wooden knife And then we chopped some of the clay to make the claws and then we stuck it on with the scratching and the water. Now it was my favourite part the wings the wings weren't that bad we got some more clay to make the wings we just have to pinch and I added spikes to mine -again to make it more scary looking- and I stuck it on. I smoothed it on so it looks like it was already there and then my dragon was done.

When I look at my Dragon, I feel proud that I made it and surprise!

As we frantically stumbled into a new positions, Helana beckoned us to get into partners to dance to the upbeat song bob to the top from high school musical. My partner is Lily from 5LC she is open minded and optimistic and before we started to dance she told me that her favourite part of honeycomb was to dance alongside of her friends that she holds closest to her heart.

However my favourite part is at the end of each lesson we put our hands in the middle and we do a vote of what to say when we lift our hands up. It really gives me the extra piece of confidence.

After a quick drink and a long breather, we ran over the dance, tweaking things that needed perfecting and polishing our posture.

Then we all shared ideas of what should happen next in the dance.

As the day slowly faded away behind me I realised how dancing makes me feel passionate about other people and how to work as a team I can't wait for our next rehearsal.

Miss Welsh puts us in groups of two. I was in first group with my friends, and we played the first match. After that, Mr Hiller gave us a motivating speech about being a good sports person and to get the ball quickly. My favourite part was when the opposing team threw the ball and I jumped and got the ball and everyone was cheering.

Following that I got player of the match, yay! We got to have biscuits and we did a group picture and I was in the middle and I got to hold the netball ball.

I loved that netball match and I would love to do it again and I learned to run first and get the the ball quickly and to have fun.

Then we made the head ,and tail (my favourite part was the head but my friends favourite part was the details.) we made the details with a credit card?

We made the arms/legs, and eyes and eye brows with extra clay then we added the final details and we where done

Making clay dragons I would do again

On Tuesday last week we went to a football match and we won 2-0. Evie and Ivy scored. I was playing on the right-hand side in defence and Elsie was on the left side.

In the second half of the football match, the other team booted the ball, nearly hitting my head! My defensive skills came into play when the ball came towards me, there number 9 was marking me however I managed to keep the ball and boot it out, making them not score any goals and allowing us to win.

The whole team celebrated and it was leah's birthday so we sang her happy brithday to you 😎

I was Nikki Maxwell from dork diaries. Favourite part was telling a story to the year fours but my friends justlove dressing up

After lunch we silent readed and have some snacks as well while reading it was so cozy . It was amazing it was like as if i went into a new dimension . (The sad part was we had to go to trumpet) . After that a random teacher came into our class and told us there favourite storys we had miss crawford and her books where so funny .

As the day ended I realised how much I learned about books How much ive read. It made me want to read as much s i can . I cant wait till next world book day!

Miss Mart and Miss Davies both gave us some words of encouragement and motivation before we started the games. My favourite part was when we got inside the building and Ava's favourite part was when we were eating.

As soon as we started the game, in about 30 seconds we demolished the other team. We won all our games before break but after break we nearly lost one game because Toby was King (in dodgeball the king means if they get out then the whole team loses) but he caught the ball and we won! So we won all our matches. This taught me that there is another way.

I wanted to do more, I found out this sport was fun and I cant wait to do more.

Our parents supported us by giving us a thumbs up or a smile to motivate us throughout the performance . My favourite part was singing 'read all about it' and greeting my parent after all the classes were dismissed. As me and Sasha have the same taste, her favourite part was singing as well as me.

I had two lines like the most of my class, one was about MLKJ's speech and the other was about how you can do anything if you set your mind to it. MLKJ was a great topic but I feel like it could've been a tiny bit better.

Although it could've been a better topic, I learned so much things like Martin Luther King Jr's famous speech about people of colour and how he met Rosa Parks ( a woman who fought for herself on a bus as rules then were not fair). After all, this was a good topic and the performance turned out great!

7 days ago when I came I saw a pice of cardboard on my desk and a table with clay dragons on it then a women miss Haywood in front the class and told us we're going to make clay dragons

It sounded like it was going to be hard it gave me a flash back I was helping Miss Chun with some things we were moving clay dragons I saw the dragons they were really good I was confused how they were so good she started to explain how to do it and I started to understand

We were at the head doing the nose the body was quite easy but I could't do that banana shape so Miss Haywood came and helped me after that we went to the hands/legs

The tail was a little bit hard but I got some help, the hands were blunt so I had an idea to make claws but the claw was blunt so I used my hand to make it (we did do eye but theres not really anything fun about it) in the end my dragon was actually kinda good.

Before we started the guest told us not to be silly. He said that these were expensive and told us not to break it. Otherwise, we will have to pay for the damage. My favourite part was all the planets (especially Mars) whereas my partner's favourite was a alien on the moon.

The guest made us watch Alaska's day and night cycle with a time lapse. It was really cool because we could watch the northern lights. He talked about where you can see a satellite that day and he said you can find it in Milton Keynes. He also talked about when he could see the galaxy when he was young

This experience taught me more about space and I'am excited about my next experience

As we performed The dance we learned for 2 months we could hear the shocks from people doing popey helper day.

Helena encouraged us to be more

enthusiastic . My favourite part was the costumes and my friends favourite part (Olivia p) was learning the dance.

After a drink break, we performed in front

of Mr Hillier(the headteacher) our dance. This time we were really enthusiastic and Helena loved it. Mr hillier was in shock and he said he was really proud of us .

At the end of the session I felt really proud of myself and not only that I performed it but I remembered the dance.

I can't wait to perform at the waterside theatre .

Then, the instructor introduced himself and asked what resilience meant. Next, he told us how the wheelchairs worked and one person to sit on it and the other person to help. My favourite part was sitting on the wheelchairs and my friend's favourite part was sitting on it as well.

We played some games like tag and basketball (wheelchair version) and it personally made me learn some new skills, having fun, playing and learning a new sport.

As the event came to an end, I realised how much I've learnt. It taught me about having so much fun and a passion for wheelchairs. I can't wait for our next journey or event!

Yesterday , in 5KI , we made clay dragons in class . People in my class were stunned by what we were creating .

Anna encouraged us to make two cup shapes for the body and join them together so we don't waste so much clay . My favourite part was joining the body together but my friend's favourite part was reading the newspaper under the clay .

After lunch , we added the wings , some spikes to add more detail and legs so the dragon can walk . I bent its legs 90 degrees so it can also look a bit like a crocodile .

This day showed me my love for creation . I cannot wait for our next clay day .

Mr Hiller informed us about if you dropped the bread you cant go back and get more. So we started to make the dough.

After we made the shape of the bread I shaped it in a ball Sasha's favourite part was making the dough.

After I realised how much I made learnt and know. i know how to make bread now and i can't wait to make some more.

The teacher strictly told us to stay in partners and not play tag. My favourite part was the animatronics. Maxwell's favourite part was looking at the dinosaur bones.

After lunch, we got to see even more dinosaur bones (dead birds too) We didn't get to go to the shop though.

This was really fun I want to go here again year 6 and explore some more.

On Thursday, the 28th of March the whole class made clay Dragon

Miss Idrissi encouraged us to do good! My friends favourite part was making the design and my favourite part was making the hair.

Firstly we made the eyes and them we shaped the body. I then used some extra clay to form the tail.

We learned how to add detail to the sculpture and I cant wait to show of my skills again

Miss Idrissi told us to get ready for the dough to set and we put the flour and sugar and then mixed it. My favourite part was punching the dough my friends favourite part was waiting for the dough to set!

After we punched the dough we waited for the it to set by going to the MUGA (not to play football) or the adventure play I went on the adventure play on the monkey bars - I love the monkey bars!- after we shaped our dough mine were 7 mini pizza bites out of bread I couldn't wait for them to come out the oven and when they did I was so happy!

This allowed me to know how to make bread easily and cool dough shapes ! I cant wait to do more!!!

Miss Idrissi encouraged us to be as creative as possible. My favourite part was making expressions and my friends favourite part was giving there dragon a haircut.

The creativity got to me and i made something amazing. We made wings on are dragons as cool as we could also make are tails too!

I learned how to make clay dragons and gave them expressions! And how to make wings was so fun! I think I found a secret liking for making clay sculptures.

The teacher encouraged us to get ready for the shaping the body. My favourite part was shaping the body, my friends favourite part was everything!

Whilst we were making the body we got to stuff it with newspaper. The head was easy to make. As we were waiting for it to dry we started to make the legs.

As the day was over, I couldn't wait to do it again.
