It has helped our teachers to be reflective and to identify and implement the strengths of an Edtech lesson and areas for improvement. Teachers who observed could also see the effectiveness or benefits of using such platforms. As I was the teacher who presented, I received feedback on how to improve and was validated about things that went well.

Teachers are more willing to try out new approaches in the class as the observer is around to be the second pair of eyes to provide another perspective.

It was difficult to arrange for the lesson observation due to clashes in the time-table. It was also challenging to arrange for a post-ob conference within 3 - 5 days due to the everyone's hectic schedule.

Teachers remarked that "another pair of eyes" assisted them to focus and fine tune their ideas into tangible activities. It also assists them to nail down the (1) Key understanding of the topic and (2) Essential questions about the topic. The pre-observation conferences were good platforms for brainstorming and testing of ideas too.
