I see myself as a very inquisitive learner. New information always make me curious of what's out there about the world we live in. Almost anything about life interests me though at times I would hold myself back in terms of trying new experiences. I like watching explainers and documentaries which makes it easier for me to learn and gain new knowledge. I usually read opinion articles online concerning various topics like social issues, world affairs, history and science and technology. I believe that the 21st century skills can prepare me to face life's challenges in a fast-paced world filled with technology and advancements. It enables one to adapt, survive and thrive in this post-modern world. It also equips me with the necessary skills to be competent enough in my chosen career and as a young professional too. Among these skills, I think I still need to work more and get better at my COMMUNICATION, TECHNOLOGY and PRODUCTIVITY skills. Communication is two-way and can be expressed in verbal and nonverbal context. Being a listener and trying to be sensitive in non-verbal communication is something I am lacking of. As for technology, I consider myself as a digital immigrant as compared to a digital native individual. And for the third one, procrastination will always antagonize productivity. That is something I end up at times when accomplishing a task. Perhaps with a positive mindset and a persistent and consistent attitude paired with self discipline, I will be able to paved my way towards improving and even enriching these skills through my journey in life.

Being a student-athlete is both challenging and rewarding. I have to manage my time wisely to keep up with schoolwork while also training hard for my sport, especially last school year and this upcoming league. There are days when I feel tired or overwhelmed, but I’ve learned that discipline, focus, and passion can push me through. Sports teach me teamwork, leadership, and perseverance, while school prepares me for the future. Even though it’s not easy, I’m proud to be both a student and an athlete, because it helps me grow in all aspects of life. As a student-athlete, I’m not just training my body and mind I’m also building the 21st century skills that will help me succeed in any path I choose.

I see myself as a 21st-century student because I can apply myself to the 3 21st-century skills, the collaboration, communication, and flexibility. These are my 3 21st-century skills that I have developed now, but I am always looking forward to enhance and learn more of this 21st-century skills. 21st-century skills can be useful to my life because, if I use this skills, I can use it to communicate and get along with others, especially now I'm in Grade 10 and in a pilot section, and I really need to enhance my 21st-century skills to be better at collaborating with others. I think the 21st-century skills that I still need to develop and improve is critical thinking because I'm in my last year as a junior high school and I know that my mind will be super used for this school year and the upcomings and I also need to learn and improve everything because without this skills, I cannot aim higher in my life, and I would just be stuck in my comfort zone. I would not learn how to socialize with others without this skills, so I need to learn, develop, and improve my 21st-century skills. The category that I would choose is Life Skills, so that I can communicate and socialize with strangers; they might even become my friends in the near future. I think my way to resolve the 21st-century skills that I lack is to socialize with more people and to learn this 21st-century skills, because I need experience. Without experience, I cannot apply it. I will set my goal for life to learn all these 21st-century skills, to be able to communicate and understand others.

For me, I can see myself as a 21st century student because I use technology to learn including today as we are on synchrous classes. I also think critically and think before deciding to prevent bad decisions, and also collaborate with my group members. These set of skills help me in school. But there are some parts that I have to improve.I need to get better at leadership. I want to get better at critical thinking and also to improve media literacy for me to be able to understand what i see on social media deeper. For me, i would ask for help to improve as the saying goes “letter A in self care is Ask For Help” and practice procedures till they turn into my routines. I also want to improve my time management as I am now in Grade 10 -St. John. I want to be able to help others that are nervous in asking questions to improve my social skills. Another in the Life skills. I would also like to imply the flexibility by expanding ideas and listening to othwr peoples opinions because no man is an island by himself. By doing this, I can ensure being a better 21st century learner by time.

I would think critical and creatively when it comes to my works. I am ready to communicate and collaborate with my schoolmates although it is not my preference. In this era of technology I had learned to use different digital platforms like canva, capcut for activities and gizmo or even digital flashcards when I am reviewing. In this modern era I am always ready to learn, unlearn and relearn. The skills that I had developed as a student is very essential in this changing times.

I listen to others and speak with respect and for me, I think that communication is very important, because it helps us express our thoughts, feelings, and ideas clearly. It allows us to understand others and be understood by others. 21st Century Skills can help me develop my confidence and solve problems by thinking clearly and communicating with others.

Among these skills, I think I need to develop Creativity, Media, and Initiative. These help us express our ideas and take action without always being told. These skills make us stand out, solve problems better, and keep up with the world today. I think I lack them now because I doubt myself, avoid trying new things, and wait for others to lead. I can fix my lack of creativity by trying new things, not being afraid to make mistakes. To improve my media skills, I can explore helpful apps, watch educational videos, and practice creating posters, videos, or slides. I can develop initiative by starting small, setting daily goals, and taking action without waiting for someone to tell me what to do.

I see myself as a quite creative and flexible learner. Growing up, I was constantly given books and crayons, falling asleep in our home library. Through the prolonged exposure to literary works and the freedom to express myself, I quickly realized that no matter how unique and different the main characters on paper, etched in ink, were made out to be in their universes, I would never be able to emulate that one-of-a-kind facet that they were—so I pushed myself to be creative, to think outside of the box. Through this, the other 21st Century skills followed in becoming a vital part of my life. The Learning Skills could greatly put me at an advantage when it comes to my daily academic life, the Literacy Skills could help when it comes to digesting information and details, while the Life Skills can help me to adapt to new situations, set goals, and connect with others. The 21st Century Skills I still need to improve include COLLABORATION, TECHNOLOGY LITERACY, and SOCIAL SKILLS.

Collaboration and Social Skills are similar in the sense that they both communicate and interact with others. The reason I need to develop and improve these skills is because I find myself to be socially inept and closed-off at times. Not on purpose, but I simply struggle to find the right time to voice my thoughts.

I can resolve the lack of these skills through being more sociable and outspoken. Finally, in regards to Technology Literacy, the reason I struggle with it is because there are constantly new forms of technology being broadcasted and released to the masses, yet struggling does not equal to inability. I will simply push myself to adapt in the current era—the modern era, fitting in with the use of the 21st Century Skills.

Given the question, 'How do you see your self as a 21st century student?', I personally believe that I'm the type of student that prefers listening when it comes to learning—or, what many people call, an auditory learner. It's not that I don't like reading, really—it's just that listening to people explain new information to me is more captivating; more helpful, rather. Listening to a person like me—someone who has probably experienced and learned more about the information being said to me—just seems more reassuring. You could talk to me about anything and I'd still listen to you talk about it. I like debates. I like hearing people talk in general. Whenever I study or review for exams, I tend to use the "Feynman Technique" because talking helps me remember the topic more. Listening and partaking in discussions as well assists me in improving one of the 21st century skills, which is Communication.

I believe that the 21st century skills can help me grow more—not just my present self, but how I'll present myself in the future. I already know what I'll be pursuing—so these skills can prepare me for the future. These can help me equip the skills needed for the job that I want. It also helps me with my everyday life. Take for an example, one of the life skills; social skills. I talk to a lot of people everyday. Without my social skills, I don't know how would I be able to talk to someone without messing up. That's how helpful these skills are to me. But of course, not all of these skills I'm great at. When it comes to that, I think the skills that I really need to develop and improve would be COMMUNICATION, INITIATIVE, PRODUCTIVITY, and FLEXIBILITY skills.

Communication is something that I'm still not good with. Though I may know how to listen and speak, I still find myself sometimes being insensitive towards others. And yes—I know that. In truth, I'm quite afraid of criticism; I'm afraid of being confronted because I don't know what to expect. And it's something I should avoid doing so. As for initiative, I believe that I still lack the courage to speak up and take charge sometimes—like in class. I know the answer, but I can't get myself to raise my hand sometimes. As for productivity, I procrastinate. A lot. Which is why I can't get myself to do things on time usually. And in the end, I just mindlessly cram my way through and through. And lastly, for flexibility; I'm unable to adapt quickly. I still take quite some time to be able to adapt to things—If my plan goes out of track, I don't know what to do, and I'm scared of improvising. I get scared of shifting strategies because like what I've said before, I'm scared of the unexpected. Maybe by being morally consistent, by practicing clarity, by practicing discipline and exposing myself to more situations that can help me resolve these skills, I will be able to find these skills in me improved and continue to help me all throughout my life.

I believe that I am a 21st century learner because I am a curious learner who always wonders how things work. I enjoy discovering new ideas and I find myself wanting to go deeper and understand more. Whether it’d be about unsolved mysteries, history, or a horrifying crime documentary! I am also a visual learner, I fully learn and understand best through videos, images, and visual aids. I love to watch video essays about unsolved cases, mysteries, and many more. It just makes learning more fun and makes me more curious about the world. I believe that the 21st century skills are important for personal and academic growth and improvement. They help us think critically, communicate, and adapt to a VUCADD world. I recognized while reflecting on my 21st century skills that I need improvement on LEADERSHIP, SOCIAL SKILLS, and PRODUCTIVITY since I am in St. John now. I want to become a better leader, but I'm not confident and I feel like I lack the qualities and skills of a good leader. I also want my social skills to improve because I tend to distance myself whenever I feel neglected instead of trying to reach out and build connections. Lastly, I want to improve my productivity. I always procrastinate/cram and regret not using my time wisely, which affects the quality of my work and personal growth. Understanding these skills helps me recognize what I need to work on. With a positive mindset and consistency, I believe that I’ll be able to improve my skills for a better journey in life.

I think of myself as a passionate and curious learner. When I find information that piques my interest, I am very passionate about learning it. I also like communicating with others to learn. I like to share information, but I also love to listen. So when I first heard about 21st century skills, I felt like something clicked into my head. I figured out why certain activities are all about collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and so on is because our teachers are building us for our future to come. In today's world, it's very challenging. That's why we are expected to learn these skills, because what if we don't learn about them? How will we survive in the VUCADD world? I know in myself that I also lack some skills which I need to improve, like productivity and collaboration. Sometimes I experience procrastination because of the intense workload I have to face, and when I have to collaborate, I would rather work alone because of people trying to benefit from my effort without even helping. Although I face these challenges, I always make a way to move forward because all of these experiences are preparing me for the world ahead of me.

In many ways, I am a 21st century learner. I am someone who is gradually growing up in a world of rapid technology advancements and the need of critical thinking and adaptability. I see how technology has transformed the way I learn as a student. Unlike in the past, I now have access to endless information with the help of the internet. I can use educational apps, watch videos, research any topic, discuss with classmates online, and learn new skills. Digital literacy is one of the skills of a 21st century learner, and I am glad that I continue to develop this skill.

I have always found myself able to think critically when facing challenges, whether in academics or in everyday situations. I do not just accept things as they are. I look for reasons and think of possible solutions before coming to a decision. I also believe that my communication skills help me share my ideas and listen to others, especially when working in groups. I value collaboration because I know that I do not learn alone but I learn better when I hear other people's perspectives.

However, I am also aware that I still have many areas to develop. The skills I need to improve the most are CREATIVITY, PRODUCTIVITY, and SOCIAL SKILLS. Creativity is something I often struggle with. Coming up with unique ideas or thinking outside the box does not come naturally to me yet. Productivity is another challenge, mainly because I tend to procastinate, which affects my ability to manage my time well and finish tasks early. My social skills are also not my strongest point. I find it difficult to confidently connect with people, especially in unfamiliar situations, and this is something I need to improve.

Despite these challenges, I remind myself that the true essence of being a 21st century learner is having the willingness to grow and adapt. I believe that working on my weaknesses will help me continue to grow to someone ready to face a changing world. I am confident that I can continue to develop the skills I need to survive and succeed as a 21st century learner.

The 21st century skills can be useful in my life by not just applying it to school but also applying and using it in the real world. A 21st century skills that I still need to develop and improve is productivity. I can resolve this 21st century skills that I lack of by managing my tasks and responsibilities more frequently and by doing it more often, I can make it more as habit than a procedure.

As a 21st century learner, I am someone who is always curious, open to learning in different ways, and use both technology and creativity to explore the world around me. One of my greatest passions is reading novels, especially fantasy. I love making up imaginations in my head, thinking about how characters look as described and where the story takes place. These stories take me to magical worlds and help me imagine things beyond the real world. Reading such books teaches me to think deeply and see things from a different point of view. I also thrive in group activities, often stepping up as a leader. I enjoy helping my team stay organized and make sure everyone’s voice is heard. In these moments, I develop key collaboration and communication skills in which I learn to effectively work with diverse people and at the same time it helps me grow socially and learn how to build strong relationships with my peers. I always try to set high goals for myself. I believe that if I aim high and work hard, I can achieve great things. I challenge myself to aim beyond what is expected, whether in academics or personal growth because this ambition of mine keeps me focused and teaches me self management, helping me to adapt and grow in an every-changing world. One area I know I need to work on is my Productivity. Sometimes I struggle with staying focused or managing my time well with all the responsibilities I have to do as a student and as a daughter. There are moments when I get distracted or leave things until the last minute. Although, I am currently working on it by making better schedules, setting daily goals, and avoiding things that take my attention away from what’s important. One thing I’ve realized is that change is a big part of life. Things don’t always stay the same, they’re always shifting. That’s why I believe it’s so important to know how to adapt. Being able to adjust and keep going even when things change is what helps me grow. As a student, being able to adjust makes a big difference in how I handle problems and find success. Overall, I am a 21st century learner who loves stories, leads with confidence, dreams big, and values friendship. I use both my strengths and support system to keep learning and becoming a better version of myself everyday. I may not be perfect, but I am always learning, moving forward, always learning and that’s what truly matters.

I totally see myself as a 21st century student because I am always on my phone or laptop for school stuff for looking up information fast, and I get how important it is to be connected. But honestly there is one big thing that I am missing which is critical thinking. When I study, I mostly just try to memorize everything in the lessons, and I know that is not really how things work in the real world. Sir Emil said that memorizing is the lowest form of learning and that is how I realized my mistake.

These 21st century skills are going to be useful in my life, not just today but also in the future, these kind of skills help prepare me for the real world. Having the ability to solve problems and working with different people as well as figuring out if information online is even true, that is all the stuff I need whether I am still in school or working a job in the future. I also need to be good at reading, understanding, and using information whether its from a book or social media so that I am prepared for whatever comes next.

I definitely think I still need to develop and Improve my critical thinking skills a lot. Right now, I am really good at memorizing the lessons for tests, but when it comes to really thinking deeply about a certain topic, I get stuck. I need to get better at breaking down problems and finding complicated solutions instead of just looking for the easy answer. I think I really need to work on how I handle real-life stuff, like when things do not go as planned. It’s not just about critical thinking for school, but also for dealing with everyday challenges, being adaptable when things change, and figuring out how to get things done even if it's confusing.

I see myself as a 21st-century student, because I can apply myself to a few key skills, such as creativity, initiative, media literacy, technology proficiency, and strong social skills. I'm well known to have a talent and make good drawings, still-life's, digital or traditional. But i won't brag about my skill/talent to draw, but i would love to brag about the passion o have for it. Though you will see me being lazy, but with my Creativity, i can approach my problems with innovative solutions and easily adapt to any new challenges that i may face.

While i also have my initiative nature, which helps me seek out learning opportunities and take ownership of my educational journey, it also helps me improve my social skills to take the initiative to talk to someone when they feel lonely. I am adept at navigating the vast landscape of information, critically evaluating various forms of media, and effectively communicating my ideas across diverse platforms.

Furthermore, my comfort with and ability to leverage technology empower me to access resources, collaborate with peers, and present information in dynamic ways, ensuring I am well-equipped for an increasingly digital world. Beyond technical skills, my developed social skills enable me to work effectively in teams, engage in meaningful discussions, and build strong relationships, all of which are crucial for collaborative learning and future professional success.

It is also one of my favorite 21st Century Skills, though i may have the times to be more silent than socializing, but if you get to talk to me, i won't be able to stop to get to knowing you. Because i also love to talk to people and speak with my mind, i may come of as harsh or rude, but i sometimes am genuinely honest. These Skills has helped me become a better person, and have new changes, even though i may still have the mind of a young person, i can easily adapt and change in many ways while still keeping my childish acts, but to a limit.

But i also need improvements. I sometimes think to myself that should i be worthy in St. John? I'm not much of a motivated person, If i say so myself. To be honest with you, i'm more of a lazy person, and i have these bad habits. But with the 21st Century Skills, i can see that i have the future to become more better and better. I want to improve my CRITICAL THINKING, COLLABORATION, COMMUNICATION, PRODUCTIVITY, AND LEADERSHIP.

I see that i lack these skills i and i want to improve myself, especially Productivity and Critical thinking. Sometimes i have these skills, but i want to master it, with such mastery, i don't have to worry about my future, and just think of my passion go be a Scientist.

I lack Critical Thinking because i tend to focus on the first solution of a task instead of trying to find more solutions to a situation, or explore various of options, not settling for less. I also think i lack the ability to think first before speaking, because whenever i speak my mind, i always jump into conclusions or any anecdotal evidence without even thinking and supporting my argument with facts.

I also see that i lack Collaboration due to being set on being independent. I always rely on myself and myself only, when i have a task to do, i only do it myself because i sometimes don't like what others think about my suggestions or what i want this or that to be.

I mostly lack Productivity, due to being accustomed to my gadget, i tend to forget the time, and never be productive. I want to learn how to be productive than to have the habit of saying "i'll do this later". I want to improve that more than anything else.

But with a positive mindset, i will have the chance to improve myself, making my life better and once i improved, i can become a role model for others, and encourage them to make the right choices, and also teach them the 21st Century Skills.

I see myself as a collaborative student. Working together really makes me excited especially when the activity is fun and happy. Whenever there's a task or group work I really adore the people who help because not only do they put effort into the task I also learn from them. So it is important to collaborate with other people not because we can learn from each other it also combine our ideas. 21st century skills helps us on everyday life just like social skills it helps us communicate, connect and interact with other people. The 21st century skills helps us solve our everyday problem. The 21st century skills I need to develop are creativity, technology and leadership. Sometimes I lack creativity because without any reference I dont know what or where to start. I would improve it by thinking deeper and trying new things and explore more ideas. I lack technology literacy because I am not good at understanding, managing, and using technology. I would improve my technology skills by asking my robotics teacher, use the internet and learn more about the new technologies. Leadership is the skill that I lack the most because I cannot lead people or make decisions for the whole class or group. I would improve my leadership skills by leading and organizing the group or event properly, I would not be scared of communicating with other people and I would learn to make good decisions.

In a world where change is only constant, being adaptable is essential. Learning and experiencing new things bring me joy and a sense of pride. Although I sometimes hold myself back by thinking of negative outcomes before even trying, my drive and desire to learn always overcome my self-doubt. For me, I need to improve and work more on my COMMUNICATION, INFORMATION, AND LEADERSHIP skill. I lack in communication because I got used to working by myself and not worrying or caring about others and I disregard other peoples idea and I also Struggle to express ideas clearly or confidently, especially in group settings. And for Information I struggle to research information and I find it difficulty finding or judging reliable information. For leadership I lack self confidence so I struggle to stand up to others and I struggle to lead them and I always hesistate to take the initiative, speak up, or guide others. I can develop my Communication skills by Practicing active listening and paying close attention to others before responding. For Information I need to use trusted sources like educational websites, online databases, or libraries. And also fact checking information using multiple sources or tools. For leadership I can improve it by starting small like taking charge of a group task, even if it's just organizing it, and I need to develop my Emotional Quotient, and practicing decision-making and to learn from my mistakes.

As a 21st century learner, I see myself as a student who is extremely familiar with the technology around me but always eager to learn about new things. As I stated before, I didn’t really adapt to the new technology around me like my parents did, instead, I grew up alongside it. From a young age, I’ve always been accompanied by smartphones, tablets, and the internet, so using technology has always felt natural for me. My parents, who were oftentimes busy, would let me use the internet while they were at work to keep me and my curious mind entertained, and this in turn gave me unlimited access to the internet so I was watching just about anything that I stumbled upon. This situation made me develop a hunger for new knowledge, so in order for me to quench that thirst, I was constantly watching movie analyses, movie documentaries, videos about puzzle-solving and using ciphers when I was young, but these experiences were also essential for me to develop my 21st century skills at a young age.

These skills are extremely essential for me to develop because they helped me become more prepared for the real-world challenges I would face in the future, and they are also useful because they are able to help me navigate both my personal life and academic journey. In school, these skills allow me to think critically about the things that I am learning and allow me to collaborate with my fellow classmates effectively. Outside of my school life, these skills help me to make informed decisions, by making me more informed about the technological and societal changes, developing my ability to adapt to any given situation. And these skills are not only helpful for me at the present moment, but they are extremely crucial for my future career and life in a fast and ever-changing world.

Among all those skills, I still need to further develop my CRITICAL THINKING. There were times where I would accept some information at face value and believe it without even a second glance, and I can hopefully work on this flaw of mine by asking myself more thought-provoking questions and exploring and hearing out both sides of an issue. Another skill I need to work on is INFORMATION LITERACY, because even though I often use the internet, I sometimes fall victim to fake news articles. I don’t always evaluate how reliable the sources are or how relevant the topic is. To improve on this, I plan to develop my ability to assess the credibility of sources and be able to distinguish between facts and opinions, and make sure that I am using up-to-date and accurate information in my school work and daily life. Last skill I need to develop is PRODUCTIVITY, since more often than not, I often struggle to stay organized and balance my school work alongside my personal life and other responsibilities. To resolve this issue, I can start using calendars, planners, and to-do lists to keep myself and my school work organized, I can also break my tasks down into more small and easy steps. By continuing to strengthen these skills and work on my weaknesses, I believe I can grow into a more capable and adaptable person, ready to succeed in both school and the ever-changing world around us.

I like to describe myself as a slow learner, It may sound negative but I know my capabilities in a creative way. Being a slow learner really has its challenges as a student who wants to aim high for her dreams. It's why I know using the 21st-century skills will help us improve into a quality learning with full of enthusiast.

The most important skills for me is communication, technology, and flexibility. I believe these skills are factors for us teenagers in the VUCADD world. Communication is my most important skill, It helps us speak up for ourself for what we know. Having a proper communication can lead to our planned goals. As of technology, we live in an advanced world where we use technology as a helping-hand in our daily lives. In the use of technology, we are able to make our lives more comfortable and faster use. And lastly, Flexibility teaches us to be more open-minded to things we aren't familiar or experienced with. Being able to be flexible helps us to explore new things to unknown. Practicing these skills helps me become more confident, flexible, and prepared for the future.

As a 21st century student, I see myself as someone who can apply these skills in the real world and always open to learning new things. I find educational videos online much more interesting and fun than trying to study and learn through books, because sometimes switching book pages can be tiring and boring for some reasons. 21st century skills are useful in my life because these skills help me to become more prepared and conscious in the real world. Skills like creativity, communication, digital literacy, and critical thinking helps me to work well with others, and create a way for us to collaborate and find a solution to any conflicts with the help of those 21st century skills. For example I use the internet to communicate with my classmates, watch online lessons for me to understand the topic much deeper and clearer, I use apps like Canva or Picsart to be able to express my creativity in doing school works with ease. I think I still need to enhance and work on my Life Skills (LEADERSHIP, INITIATIVE, SOCIAL SKILLS). Leadership is one of my weakness because I experienced the weight on being a leader and everyone relying on me. Initiative another skill that I lack because I don't usually approach first to a person whether who they are even if they are my friend. Social Skills, like initiative I don't come up first to someone. All of these skills that I lack can still be resolve if I put work onto it and I will eventually achieve it with the help of my classmates and adviser.

What skills do we really need to succeed in today’s world?

I see myself as a curious learner and an open-minded student, but sometimes I know I still lack some important 21st-century skills. This made me think: how can I be responsible and ready for the future without these skills?

Just like Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution, where living things change over time to survive, I also need to adapt to new challenges and changes in Grade 10. There will be harder lessons and more responsibilities. By adjusting my study habits, managing my time better, I believe I can succeed and grow, just like how animals and plants adapt to thrive in their environment. The category I chose is Learning, because I need to improve my critical thinking so I can understand lessons better instead of just memorizing them. Critical thinking means looking at information carefully, asking questions, and thinking about why something is true or false. It also means comparing different ideas and finding the best solution to a problem. I can practice this by solving puzzles, asking more questions in class, and thinking about the results of different choices.

This was a big thing for me as a I didn't want to move up from my junior high school without recognizable change. Although it is challenging I keep pushing through. With these experiences I was able to live out the 21st century skills. Such as collaboration, communication, and technology because i would also need to know these skills in order to socialize with other peers. Which me realize the 21st Century skills are very essential and we do it in our lives without even realizing it. These skills helps us to get through obstacles and achieve one's goal. Now I continue to strive and do better with the 21st century skills.

As a Marian student I see myself as someone who is adaptable, curious, and willing to learn new things that may help me match our fast-changing world. Knowing that 21st century skills are valuable in my life these can prepare me to face real challenges, solve problems, communicate well, and use technology properly. These skills can also help me manage my time, make good decisions, and adapt when things don't go as planned. By refining these skills I can perform well in school, prepare myself for work in the future, and grow into a responsible person who can help in improving our community and catch up with our evolving world. Among those skills I think I still need to work on my critical thinking, technology skills, and flexibility. I want to focus on improving my critical thinking so I can analyze situations better and make smarter decisions that will not only benefit me but also the people around me. As someone whose weakness is processing questions when under pressure I would like to improve that. For technology so that I can use digital tools more effectively and responsibly. As our technology evolves and improves everyday it is important that we understand its mechanics and purpose so that we may use it well for our everyday lives. Lastly I want to improve my flexibility because I need to adapt more easily when plans or situations don't go the way I wanted. Change frightens me but I know it is a part of our lives that we just have to accept and face someday. To improve these skills I can practice looking at problems from different perspectives, learn how to use new apps or tools for school and daily tasks, and remind myself to stay open-minded and adjust quickly when things don't go as planned.

As a 21st century learner, I am someone who is always curious, open to learning in different ways, and use both technology and creativity to explore the world around me. One of my greatest passions is reading novels, especially fantasy. I love reading because my mind makes up these imaginations and creative thinking that I can apply into the real world. These stories take me to magical worlds and help me imagine things beyond the real world. Reading such books teaches me to think deeply and see things from a different point of view. I also thrive in group activities, often stepping up as a leader. I enjoy helping my team to stay organized and making sure everyone’s voice is heard. In these moments, I develop key collaboration and communication skills in which I learn to effectively work with diverse people and at the same time it helps me grow socially and learn how to build strong relationships.
