On January 30, 1933, Adolf Hitler became chancellor of the German government. he also became commander and chief of the armed forces, and by this point there was no one who could legally stop him and change his power but he didnt not set all the details of the german polacy. Hitler would often leave his subordinates to make the decisions and later made the distinction if they would be good or not and he would announce goals but would not talk about reaching his goals. Police would compete to get out what they thought Hitler wanted.
