The film in some parts is very emotional and has a very interesting message or moral, especially for people who are somewhat adults; in fact, I think Cars 3 is more made for the first generation that saw it, which, for children today, since the moral of this story is to accept the stage of life we are in and face new roles and challenges.

In that sense the movie has a strong message, plus the graphics are good and there are good racing and chase sequences.
