         <description><![CDATA[<div>Many people gain weight because of their diet and i'm trying to do it different. We need to focus on our diet because we all have a problem of eating too much and it is making us fat. If we cut out all the junk food out of our diet we would lose weight, there are many other factors, but diet is everything. Our diet has a major effect because we can be exercising all the time, but if we are eating nasty foods we will not see a difference.</div>]]></description>
