✅ This tool was very helpful in helping us to meet normally during the time when our members were infected with Covid-19.

⭕️ The disadvantage of this approach is that it often results in poor communication, poor experience and low efficiency due to network problems. So in the course of our work, we have only used online meetings twice. More importantly, I believe that the frequent use of online meetings can lead to a less connected group with no sense of belonging. 

For future projects, I would recommend choosing the tools for the meeting according to the objectives of the meeting. For example, when we are simply reporting on the results of our work rather than discussing the content of the project together. 

✅ This way we can see each other's working progress in real time, give anonymous feedback on the content of our work, and see the main points of a meeting if we can't attend because of leave.

⭕️ The one downside to this approach is that it requires constant formatting to keep the page tidy. For example, when we were each doing research input, our pictures of items and information always looked messy.
