These are a few dreams a person can experience:<br><strong>Lucid Dreaming<br></strong>Lucid dreams are dreams a person can control and or are fully aware that they are dreaming<br><strong>Daydreaming<br></strong>An average person daydreams 70-120 minutes per day. We daydream in order to plan out future goals, work out solutions or re-examine past events.<br><strong>Nightmares<br></strong>Nightmares evoke and cause stress, anxiety and sadness.</div>]]></description>
