1. Ingredients:

-Chicken soup
-Cilantro
-Onions
-Garlic

-Creole potato
-Red potatoes

2. Colombian ajiaco

To start, in a large pot, place the chicken, corn, chicken broth, cilantro, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Second, add the water and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for 30 to 35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Then uncover and add the frozen Creole potato and reduce the heat for 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to your liking.
Then remove the chicken and place it on another plate. Meanwhile, continue cooking the corn for about 15 more minutes.
remove the onions and then add the red potatoes, white potatoes and guascas. Cook for 15 more minutes.
After that cut the chicken meat into small pieces and return to the pot.
Finally serve the Ajiaco with capers and heavy cream on the side.

• ¿Estudié y aprendí los temas sugeridos del e-Book?
R/ Si, ya que fueron la guía principal para poder realizar mis actividades y me siento satisfecha porque fueron temas muy interesantes que llaman la atención de cualquier lector y eso hace que uno se entusiasme por aprender mas.
Me parece que es una forma de aprendizaje didáctico y constructivo, donde nosotros como estudiantes podemos aprender y despertar nuevas competencias.

• ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados?
R/ Si, porque programe las actividades acorde a mi tiempo para así ser responsable con lo que me habían solicitado en la guía de aprendizaje.
En este momento estaré publicando los adelantos sobre cada paso propuesto por la guía para cumplir con los tiempos indicados.

• ¿En cuáles de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participé: Foro de esta tarea, CIPAS, Web conferencias, grupo de WhatsApp, grupo de telegram?
R/ En el foro de esta tarea, ya que por este medio se me hace mas fácil acceder por lo que no tengo mucho tiempo y mientras he realizado ahí mismo he podido interactuar en el foro para recibir la retroalimentación y aclarar todas las dudas que se me presenten durante la realización de las actividades.

• ¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?
R/ Aprendí muchos temas de interés, lo referente a los vocabularios durante el desarrollo de la tarea.
Pude repasar y profundizar acerca del simple past y past progressive, identificando en ellos su estructura, los verbos conjugados y en que momento se deben utilizar.

• ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué?
Si, ya que eso hace parte de nuestras vidas y que en estos tiempos a medida que van cambiando las cosas es importante retomar nuevos conocimientos y el ingles es un idioma esencial para el ser humano porque sus temas permiten que nosotros como ser humanos desarrollemos competencias y tengamos la capacidad de hablar pronunciar y leer correctamente cualquier texto referente con el ingles.
Lo que he visto en el desarrollo de esta guía es muy importante y complementario porque es fundamental conocer estructuras de estos temas para así plantear oraciones y conversaciones bien elaboradas.
• ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?
Aprender acerca de las lenguas modernas como el ingles, siempre nos ayudara a fortalecernos como profesionales y ser mas competitivos en un campo laboral.
