We learnt the standard procedure of writing and signing Mandate letters, followed by writing Briefs and Letters of Demand. If our LoDs were not responded to, we are then to file an originating claim, which would allow us to proceed with court procedures. We were then taught the basics of filing defence, counterclaims and litigation during court proceedings in PIPD cases.


After this, we attended the daily briefing with the Managing Director, who assigned us emails to be sent out, as well as cases to read and shadow. After having completed the emails, Enoch and I both went for our respective client meetings.


Overall, a very fulfilling and enriching day :)
