To further my education and mostly to make getting a job easier in the future. As for why specifically SF, I live here in Gainesville and have for the past 8 and a half years, and SF is a good option all things considered.

2. Where are you from?
I'm from a military family so we lived all over the country, from Tampa FL where I was born, to San Diego CA, to Topsham ME where I spent most of my time growing up before we moved here to Gainesville in 2012, and I've lived here since.

3. What do you hope to take away from this class?
I hope to use this class as a good foundation for my major, as I am in IT security with an infrastructure focus.

4. What is your future goal?
A future goal I have is total renovation of the house I currently live in. It was built in the 1940's and while structurally sound, it could use a lot of updating to modern standards and design.

5. What position are you seeking in the IT Networking or Security industry?
I'm not entirely certain yet, but being a security professional, perhaps for utility company, seems within my scope.

I wanted to be able to transfer into UF for Computer Science. That did not work out, due to some health issues I have which caused my GPA to drop. I did get my AA, but I have decided that staying at Santa Fe was in my best interest.

I was born and raised in Tampa, FL and moved to Gainesville after I graduated high school in 2017. 

3. What do you hope to take away from this class?
I hope to learn as much as I can about Info Security because I am really interested in it.

4. What is your future goal?
I would like to get my BAS in 
IT Security with a concentration on Infrastructure.

Security industry?
I am not sure yet! I am leaning towards something that will let me travel domestically. I love puzzles and changing work environments, so I feel like this is the right career path for me.

I love puzzles, reading, Pokemon card collecting and going to concerts! I'm not entirely sure yet, I would like to use the next few years at Santa Fe to see what options I have available.  The most important factor to me is job satisfaction.  When you enjoy coming to work, you enjoy life more.

1.Why did you decide to enroll at SF College? I used to live in Ocala and had wanted to pursue furthering my knowledge of computers, but UF was frankly too expensive, so I attended SF instead.

I was born in the state of Maine, and I moved to Florida when I was 15. I've lived here since.
3. What do you hope to take away from this class?
My base of knowledge definitely has gaps in it when it comes to proper computer security, so I hope to fill those in.
4. What is your future goal?
My next big goal is to graduate with my A.S. from Santa Fe. After that, I hope to have a good enough record to be accepted at a certain school in Germany that I've had my eyes on for a bit, since I want to go out and experience another place while still learning about computers.

I'm not 100% certain yet. I've found I generally have an affinity for programming, but again, I don't really know yet.
