Mr Lawrence Wong becomes Singapore's fourth Prime Minister. He wants to build a society where we can all be "the best possible version of ourselves". He has explained his philosophy in different speeches. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, so we should avoid "constantly comparing with other person next to you". Instead, he encourages us to improve in whatever we do.

I think that PM Mr Lawrence Wong’s philosophy was agreeable with me , Singapore citizens and SPM Mr Lee Hsien Long . I feel and think that Mr Lawrence Wong was brave and had the courage to step up to takeover Mr Lee Hsien Long and to takeover him as a new leader for Singapore . And congrats Mr Lawrence Wong for being our new prime minister. I agree with Mr. Lawrence Wong's philosophy, as he does make a point in improving on ourselves, as no one is perfect, and we can all improve further. He is right, when you put your heart and soul into something, you will feel a sense of accomplishment. His ways of thinking is always on the bright side, not looking at the bad consequences of things. Congratulations for being Singapore's fourth prime minister, Mr. Lawrence Wong.

I agree with Mr Wong’s philosophy. Recognising each individual’s strengths and weaknesses creates a more cohesive society as well as positive discussions. As a student for example, I could maximise my strengths in certain mathematical topics to compensate for my other weaker topics. This allows me to understand and organise my timetable according to which subjects or topics i should further work on. Or doing a group project, identifying each other’s strengths and weaknesses boosts communication and motivates collaboration which leads to success. Understanding strengths fuels performance. However, weaknesses are not always a bad thing. Putting one’s ego aside, identifying your weakness allows self-improvement and work towards the becoming of a better version of yourself. Thus, acknowledging the strengths and weaknesses of an individual is crucial for our own personal development and building of self-esteem.

With that, i would like to congratulate Mr Wong on becoming the 4th prime minister of Singapore. I wish you all the best for your future endeavours!

I agree with Mr Lawrence Wong because it is true that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses and we should all do our best to improve on them. Sometimes we don’t want to admit that we have weaknesses and pretend that we are good at everything, but if we don’t try to improve on our weaknesses we will get worse at it . So instead of pretending that we don’t have weaknesses we should focus on trying to improve in whatever we do and don’t be afraid to ask for help!

I would also like to congratulate Mr Wong on being Singapore’s 4th prime minister!

Yes, I agree with our upcoming prime minister Lawrence Wong because when we do our best and we achieve what we want and feel happy and proud of ourselves. So if our prime minister Lawrence Wong does his best to make Singapore a better country and place for people live , then we also have to do our best to make our home land a better and safer place for everyone to live and enjoy. I agree with Mr Wong's philosophy, because he wants everyone to be better each day. He also says that we don't have to compare with anyone else, and just be ourselves. This sounds very positive for the society.

I agree with Mr Wong’s philosophy because it serves little purpose comparing yourself to other people. I agree with Mr Wing's philosophy because we can all improve. There is nobody in this universe who is perfect, because no matter how good you are at something, there is always a way to improve ourselves. You should strive to be the best version of yourselves, you may not be perfect, but you should be at your best.

A good way to be able to bring out the best in you is to have a positive mindset. If you don't have a positive mindset, you will always be thinking, " I am so bad, I can't do this." If you do have a positive mindset, you will be thinking, " I can't do this yet." You will think that and keep trying to get better.
