Obviously his ratings are much lower and may even be bad, lower ratings. We don't know where Trump got this number and we don't know what factors affect the rating either. Some Republican party ratings could be putting him around that mark Trump is always very confident and boastful of his success, most of the time his statements are true and he does do a good job as president, although he has a tendency to make things seem a bit better than what they are.
