<title>In my Middle School Class: I do cooking activities with my diverse students AND diverse classroom staff. I am thinking of adding this book as a starter activity and then have everybody in the classroom share their favorite foods from home and maybe add them onto a Padlet. We can also create videos of ourselves recreating home recipes and maybe even involve some parents in the process (via Zoom or Flip).</title>
