I wait for the Manager in the Crew Room for a little talk of briefing about the how to work in the environment in the McDonald. <br><br><strong>12.00 pm - 1.00 pm</strong><br>The manager shows me around the McDonald's and highlights the important place that I must remember and take note about it. He also introduces me with the all staff there too.<br><br><strong>1.00 pm - 1.30 pm</strong><br>Take a break<br><br><strong>1.30 pm - 5.30 pm</strong><br>The manager put me in the kitchen. The staff teach me how to cook the patties like McChicken,Spicy Deluxe patties, nuggets in batch fried section. <br><strong><br>5.30 pm - 6.00 pm</strong><br>The staff informed me to do stock up the item from the chiller before I go back. This can easier the other staff who are still doing the work at the kitchen side.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

McDonald's offers an original and a spicy version of its Ayam Goreng dish for their customers to choose from. My crew leader, Abang Shihabuddin, instructed me in the proper way to prepare "Ayam Goreng" using the McDonald's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).<br><br><strong>8.00 pm - 8.30 pm</strong><br>Break<br><br><strong>8.30 pm - 9.30 pm</strong><br>I am carrying on with the preparation of "Ayam Goreng." After that, I was responsible for cleaning the "Ayam Goreng" station and washing any and all utensils that I had used.<br><br><strong>9.30 pm - 2.00 am</strong><br>After that, I was required to work as a "Front Counter Runner." It is imperative that I keep up a rapid pace of service at all times, but particularly when there are a lot of customers. In order to create fried chicken, it is necessary for me to prepare all of the necessary ingredients at the chicken site. In addition, once the cooking is done, we have to put away all the utensils we used. I also sieve the chicken flour since we need a new that is similar to flour if we want the chicken to have a crispier appearance.<br><br><strong>8.00 pm - 11.00 pm</strong><br>I need to prepare the porridge, Nasi Lemak and apple pie.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>Day 109 (6/7/2022)<br><br></mark></strong><strong>3.00 pm - 5.00 pm</strong><br>It is necessary for me to tidy up the 'Lobby' area. In the lobby, there is both a dining space and a restroom. It is necessary for me to raise the tray, wipe down the table, broom, and mop, as well as perform other cleaning tasks. When the trash cans are getting close to being full, I need to remember to switch out the rubbish bags that are in them.<br><br><strong>5.00 pm - 5.30 pm</strong><br>Break<br><br><strong>5.30 pm - 7.00 pm</strong><br>I have to start preparing "Ayam Goreng." In order to create fried chicken, it is necessary for me to prepare all of the necessary ingredients at the chicken site. In addition, once the cooking is done, we have to put away all the utensils we used. I also sieve the chicken flour since we need a new that is similar to flour if we want the chicken to have a crispier appearance.<br><br><strong>7.00 pm - 11.00 pm</strong><br>The manager, Roslyana, asked me to work as a drink drawer while also assisting the "Drive-Thru Presenter" in putting the condiment on each food that customers had ordered in the drive-thru.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>Day 110 (7/7/2022)</mark></strong><br><br><strong>5.00 pm - 8.00 pm</strong><br>Today I do at site one where all the burgers need to do. On this site, I need to know three things to do. The first is to understand what kind of bun that burger is. And second is to see the sauce and vegetables for that burger, and last the parties and wrap. All these burgers need to do fast because this site requires completing all orders from the drive-thru, MOP, MDS, and counter.<br><strong><br>8.00 pm - 8.30 pm </strong><br>Break<br><strong><br>8.30 pm - 1.00 pm</strong><br>My current position is known as a "Front Counter Runner." While I was working as the runner, I picked up knowledge on how to accept orders from customers and enter the customers' meal preferences into the restaurant's computer system from the other staff members. Helping customers use the self-service kiosks is another one of my responsibilities.<br><br></div>]]></description>

After that, put the chicken in a basket and begin to fry at an oil temperature of 166°.<br><br><strong>6.00 pm - 6.30 pm</strong><br>Break<br><br><strong>6.30 pm - 9.00 pm</strong><br>Open COD 2. Take order from the customers at drive-thru and ask them to pay at COD 1.<br><br><strong>9.00 pm - 11.00 pm</strong><br>I need to be Runner for the Drive-Thru station. I need to see on the screen what the customers had ordered at the Drive-Thru counter, put their food into the bag, and pass it to the 'presenter'. I need to check the product carefully before giving it to the presenter.<br><br><strong>11.00 pm - 11.10 pm</strong><br>I meet the manager and all staff to say thank you and goodbye on my last day of internship at McDonald Subang DT SS15. <strong><br><br></strong><br><br></div>]]></description>
