· Develop the Beauty Works paid social media strategy, working closely with the Performance Manger & Marketing team on setting KPIs relevant to each paid social channel.

Description- A presentation about Future Fashion Fair and the plans we have for their marketing campaign was done to give an overview of wat we had planned.

Feelings- At the start of the presentation I felt nervous and had anxiety but also was confident that I could do the presentation well.

Evaluation- I felt these feeling because my group didn’t arrive for the presentation meaning I had to do it alone, this was stressful but I had the confidence that I could do it in the best way. I was able to do the presentation well, however some sections of the presentation I couldn’t talk about as strongly as they were the topics that other members of my group worked on and not me.

Analysis- My lectures helped by giving me the confidence to do it alone but I also find presentations enjoyable so it wasn’t too difficult for me to do. This is due to the unit called professional preparation that we did in 2^nd year.

Conclusion- Next time I will thoroughly read over everyone’s topics before attending just in case I have to do it alone again and try and help my group feel confident enough to come into the presentation.

Action plan- I am going to have more frequent group meetings and become closer as a group to work better as a team ad also keep working on my presentation skills so that they are as strong as possible.
