The incas were using wooden clubs so even weapons like metal swords, pikes and crossbows gave the spanish an advantage
2. The disease have killed about 25 percent of the empire.

Weapons
- The Spanish weapons were a lot more advanced compared to the Inca. They had weapons such as steel edged swords, crossbow and gunpowder weapons the helped defeat the Inca very quickly.
3. Armor
-The Spanish had very strong and protective armor made of metal that could protect them while on the other hand the Inca didn't have any armor.

1. Disease - I think this because when the Spanish brought diseases to Inca, it spread super fast so it killed lots of people. Because of the disease, the Spanish had less people they had to battle.

2. Weapons using gun powder - Inca had never seen or heard anything like a gunshot in their lifetime. During wars, they usually used clubs or knives or spears. So when the Spanish shot their guns, the Incans were frightened and they didn't know what to do and died.

3. Religion - It is said that the Incans first thought that the Spanish were gods. This probably gave the Spanish a little of an advantage of getting what they wanted quicker than they thought they would.

1. Disease- I think disease is the first because they spread quickly. Also when thy had a chicken pox the people died. 90 percent of the native population died from smallpox, measles and similar illnesses within the first decades after contact. The people did not know how to treat the cure. So more people died along the way.

2. Weapons- I think weapons are rank second because the European had a lot a good weapons that could conquer their enemy. Spanish weaponry was far superior Even less sophisticated weapons like steel-edged swords, pikes and crossbows, gave Spaniards the upper hand.

3. Alliances- i think they are rank third because in order to defeat the enemy you need to have a lot of experiences. The invading Spanish forces also took advantage of internal divisions within the Aztec and Inca empires. As Cortés began his march into the interior of Mexico, he first battled many local Indians. However, these people would become his allies after learning of his plans to conquer the Aztecs who ruled them. Written accounts by Cortés and his men on how they achieved victory were then published in Europe. A dozen years later, these experiences provided both inspiration and instruction to Pizarro in his conquest of the Incas.

1. Alliances and Experience
I think this because the two groups, the Inca and the Aztecs, had people going against each other, and when some of these people found out the Spanish were going to conquer the other tribe, they started to join the troops of Spain and helping them attack the other tribe.

2. Deadly Disease
I think deadly disease is one of the top three reasons the Incas and the Aztecs fell to Spain, since the Spanish had natural immunity to some diseases they brought to the countries of these tribes, such as smallpox and measles, but the members of the tribes did not, so this might have effected the tribes greatly. From these diseases that were brought by the Spanish, they lost a lot of members from the tribe.

3. Superior Weapons
Finally, I think superior weaponry and advanced technology might have been another very important factor in the victory of Spain against the two tribes mentioned above, since the Incas and the Aztecs were not familiar with the weapons the Spanish used and they were not prepared for these technological attacks. However, the Spanish trained with these weapons, so they were very used to them. From these weapons being used, the Incas and the Aztecs were frightened and mostly started running from both the sounds and the usage of these weapons.

1. Religion- This was an important factor to them because this religion ad made to many sacrifices. When the Aztecs faced the Spanish people, they didn't completely destroy them because they wanted more people to sacrifice for the god. They were showing the importance of their god
2.Disease-90 percent of the nation had died because of small pox and there were barely any people surviving. Also, the Spanish people didn't have to face a lot of warriors when they met the Incas.
3.Weapons-Spanish weapons were the most superior one out of all and they made steel-edged swords, pikes and crossbows. They made these weapons by the development of gun powder.

Weapons, because the Spanish had weapons like gun powder, also the Spanish sword was very strong against wooden clubs with obsidian glass.

3. Horses, because they were strong, fast, and easily helped transport humans to places. The Incas have never seen the horses before, it was a huge advantage for the Spanish.

This made the job of conquering Mesoamerica more easier for the Spanish.
2. Weapons - In every way, the Spanish outclassed the Incans in every way. One prime example would be the arquebus, that conducted good psychological warfare against the Incans, who would later be skewered by the Spanish sabres made of steel.
3. Rhetoric - The Incans could've killed a considerable amount of conquistadors if they focused on killing. Instead, they focused on capturing, causing them to lose the war.
