The major rivers that run through Stockton is San Joaquin River and Delta. While living in Stockton something I noticed is all the homeless people everywhere. When driving around down town you will see all the camping areas that they set up,and all the trash that is everywhere. I’ve seen homeless camps under the bridges near the body of water, and they stay next to water because it gives them a free place for water, and a place to clean themselves.
