         <description><![CDATA[<div>My first day start doing this job for SIEP 2. I has chose Don Corner a food outlet. Since this is not my first time been working here, therefore I already knew the system about how the business runs everyday.<br><br>On my first day, I was assigned by the owner of Don Corner (DC) to take customers' order and brought the ordered foods and beverages to them.&nbsp;<br><br>My working hour was from 8.00 am until the business close at 8.00 pm. When the business start closing at 7.00, I need to arrange the chairs and table back in place, swept the floor, mops and clear the garbage.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My second day. I start my job at 8 in the morning.<br><br><strong>8.00 am - 12.00 pm</strong><br>I was assigned to handle the <em>Roti Cana</em>i part which I have to chop and prepare the <em>Roti Canai</em>. The <em>Roti Canai</em> is served with <em>Kuah Dhal</em> and <em>sambal</em> for a some hot/spicy taste.&nbsp; when i done preparing, the food then will be served to customer.<br><br><strong>12.00 pm -7.00 pm<br></strong>I start takeover the <em>Kuetiau Sup</em> part. The task involve chopping the boiled chicken putting it in bowl with <em>Kuetiau, </em>add on some garlic oil, and blended nuts and finally pour the soup. The food then will be served to customer.<br><br><strong>7.00 pm - 8.00 pm</strong><br>At this hour, DC was closing. The personnel need to clean up the whole premise. the task involve, do the dishes, mopping the floor, sweeps the floor, arrange the tables and chairs back in place lock the door and shut all the lights.<br><br><strong>Foot notes :</strong> Overall, the eatery can be divided into 5 part.&nbsp;<br>1. The beverages preparation part<br>2. The Thai Soup Preparation part<br>3. The Cooking part<br>4. The Roti Canai part<br>5. The Dishes Cleaning part.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My 3rd day. As usual, i started my job at 8 am.<br><br><strong>8.00 am - 12.00 am</strong><br>I handle the roti canai part. sometimes I have to do the Roti Canai by my own so I need to spread (menebar) the dough by myself. <br><br><strong>12.00 am -&nbsp; &gt;</strong><br>At this hour some customers were coming for lunch. at this hour no <em>Roti Canai</em> will be sell because it just for breakfast. During Lunch hour, i need to pack the food for those who want to takeaway. Sometimes we got order in bulge and we also did the delivery service only for customer that order in a large scale.<br><br><strong>7.00 pm - 8.00 pm</strong><br>The business was start closing<br>Personnel need to make sure the premise is well clean</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My 4th day.&nbsp;<br><br>Today, for the morning session i was not assigned to handle the Roti Canai part because I need to takeover the beverages preparation part since the worker who in charge for the part was absent.&nbsp;<br><br>When there was no order in line, I went out to the front of the eatery, helping other workers to take order, clear the table and sometimes I swept and mopped the floor when no customer, just to make sure the premise always clean.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>5th day.<br><br>Nothing much differs from the previous day.<br>For the morning session ( 8.00 am - 12.00 pm ) I handled the roti canai part, took order and delivered the food to customer. when there was no customers around, sometimes I help Miss Yupha (the owner's wife who do the cook) in the kitchen.<br><br>The task involve, arranging the kitchen stuff tidily. cutting the vege, and cleaning the chickens and fish to be cook.<br><br>During evening hour around 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm, most customer would came for <em>Kuehtiau Sup thai</em>. These were the main food offered at DC. Most of the time we got order in bulge. So I need to help miss yupha serving the food for dine in customers and packing</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>6th day.<br><br>Today, I learn from Miss Yupha about how to cook some Thais food such as Paprik, Phad Thai, Tom Yam and <em>Phad Phet</em>. Based on the food that i've tried to cook by my own, I discovered that Thai peoples are most likely into hot and spicy dishes.&nbsp;<br><br>On this day, apart from learning how to cook the food, I also to other common jobs such as taking order preparing the Kuehtiau Sup, preparing the beverages for customers and handling the cashier part.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>7th day.<br><br><strong>8.00 am - 12.00 pm</strong><br>As usual, I was in charge for <em>Roti Canai</em> Part. Chopping the <em>roti canai</em> and brought it to the customers. If there was no order in line, I will help others personnel at other part. I help them preparing the beverage, the foods packing, and cleaning the table right after the customers left the premise.<br><br>It is really important for all us as personnel to make sure the cleanliness of the premise.<br><br><strong>12.00 pm - 7.00 pm</strong><br>I in charge for Thai Sup part, the task involve putting the <em>Kuehtiau</em> in bowls, chopping the boiled chicken, add on some garlic oil and blended nuts and finally pouring soup into the bowl. Since I am not to expert in preparing the food, I can only manage the food with small scale of order. When the order came in large number, Miss Yupha will takeover because she can do it faster.<br><br><strong>7.00 pm - 8.00 pm</strong><br>DC start closing. Personnel need to make sure the premise is well cleaned before we left.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>8th day.<br><br>Today was the most memorable day. Miss Yupha the one who do the cook, received an emergency call from her family in thailand while the business was operating. She went to Thailand and asked me to takeover her part. Maybe I am not too expert but I can do it slowly.'<br><br>Feels like It was a long day. The customers come and go with various foods and drinks order. I do the cook by my own.<br><br>Some of the dishes ordered by customers were :<br>Seafood <em>Tom Yam<br>Nasi Goreng <br>Bihun Sup</em><br>etc.<br><br>Thankfully I can manage all the order properly. Such a hectic day but I experienced a lot.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>9th day. Nothing much differs from other previous day.<br><br><strong>8.00 am - 12.00 pm</strong><br>I was in charge for <em>Roti Canai</em> part. Take order and brought the food to customers.<br><br><strong>12.00 pm - 7.00 pm</strong><br>during 12 noon until 3 evening, most customers were coming for lunch. sometimes i was asked to scoop the rice for customer, becoming cashier, packing the takeaway food and beverages. most in the evening, most people came for Thai Sup. I helped Madam Yupha prepare the food and serve to customers.<br><br><strong>7.00 pm - 8.00 pm</strong><br>the business start closing. we clean up the premise and make sure everything is back in place for the next day.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>10th day.<br><br><strong>8.00 am - 1.00 pm<br></strong>I was assigned to clean the dishes because the workers who in charge for this job was absent. <strong><br><br>12.00 pm - 2.30 pm<br></strong>Muslim male personnel were gave an excuse to perform their <em>Solat Jumaat. </em>then they have to come back to work at 2.30 pm.<em><br><br></em><strong>3.00 pm 7.00 pm</strong><em><br></em>My task were, took customer's order, prepare the beverages, brought the foods and drinks to customers, clear the table right after the customers left, and arrange the chairs and tables back in place.<br><br><strong>7.00 pm - 8.00<br></strong>The business start closing. All personnel need to make sure the premise in well cleaned, the task involve, mopping the floor, swept the floor, clean the dishes and make sure the door is well locked before leaving.</div>]]></description>
