My school experience has been kinda rough, but its a large reason I am who I am. School has helped me find out who I am as a person and the way I want my life to go, there have many up's and down's but school has given me the best learning experience and not just in the academic aspect.

My definition of leadership is taking responsibility when necessary and making a change or adjustments that are not only beneficial for themselves but everyone around them. I think this is what leadership is because without having the ability to be responsible and and make crucial decisions then a person is not a leader.

The top 3 skills of an effective leader are having bravery because without bravery then a person could not stand up and be the change they wish to see, also I feel that a leader must think about how certain actions can impact certain things because if they didn't then the outcome could be unimaginable.
