         <description><![CDATA[<p>We are supporting the identities of teachers, when introducing new strategies and digital tools, along with providing opportunities for them to share their honest experiences and feel connected with the whole training, to make it relatable. </p><p><br></p><p>We could be threatening their identities, when they are experienced teachers or resistant to change or feel they are not being heard. This is important to address to ensure that the training is not superficial but authentic.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We embrace challenges in our work and encourage teachers to do the same, fostering a positive mindset in the face of adversity. However, at times, the stress of multitasking can become overwhelming and emotionally, or even physically, draining. To manage these pressures, I practice mindfulness activities that help me regain focus, reduce stress, and maintain emotional balance, ensuring that I can continue to lead effectively even in challenging situations. for 4 seconds</p><p>In our institution, we consistently embrace challenges and encourage teachers to do the same, advancing with a positive mindset even in the face of adversity. However, the demands of multitasking can occasionally lead to significant emotional and physical stress. To counteract these pressures, I have adopted mindfulness activities that help restore balance, maintain focus, and promote overall well-being.</p>]]></description>
