I lived in Manteca for the first 18 years of my life and moved back after I graduated college. My first memory is actually the implosion of the old sugar mill tower. It is not the typical California life where everyone is living next to the beach and surfs before work, but there is plenty of traffic. Another statement I agree with is that technology is beautiful. Being a millennial, I have seen the rapid technology growth over the last 20 years. I use technology in my life everyday from binge watching Netflix series (or Amazon Prime and Hulu, I am not partial) to reading about news happening halfway around the world.
