Social equality, it refers to trying to reduce the gender gap on the organizations, and environmental sustentability, that is the responsability to consider the future ramifications of social innovation and business strategy, and to practice business ethics that prioritize the long-term health of society at large.

The social innovation is generated by the social actors or even the beneficiaries themselves, they take new ideas or existing solutions implemented in different regions as a reference to create new solutions to improve their lifestyles or the lifestyle of an especific community.
