For the launchpad, did you use the email address that was sent to you? This is NOT the email you check regularly, but instead it's one that starts with your initials and ends with "@hendry-schools.net"

For Focus, make sure you use the 8-character username that was sent to you in the 1st email. It starts with your initials followed by six numbers.

Be careful not to mix these up.

Once you double check this. Please try again. IF YOU ARE STILL STUCK, please contact your teacher so they can zoom with you to troubleshoot.

Focus access for Legal Guardians is ONLY issued for High School Students. If you are the LG of a High School student, please check your email (Spam folder too) for account creation instructions from jfoster@digitalacademyofflorida.org

If you don't see anything, send an email FROM THE LEGAL GUARDIAN'S EMAIL ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU to jfoster@digitalacademyofflorida.org to receive instructions on how to create a parent account.

THESE WILL BE APPROVED on the morning of 05/12 for all submitted.

We are NOT providing Focus parent access for grades K-8 as our OLS has more up to date grade and progress information. Focus is used for High Schoolers for Graduation Planning. Students in K-8 are not yet given a Grad Plan until their official grade level is changed to 9th or above.

Make SURE you add the domain @digitalacademyofflorida.org to your email contacts so your info does not go to SPAM.

****If you are STUCK, please make sure you reread the email carefully. The student ID you need to put in Focus is NOT the student ID you're used to. Instead, it's a 6-digit number that was put in that email. See the end of #6.****

Q: I’m in! Now what?
A: Once you are in the account, there are two places you may want to check out. “Grad Reqs” and “Test History” on the bottom left. Please remember that if you are a new student with DAOF, your complete course and test histories may not be updated in FOCUS yet, but it will be. Please give us time to get all your information added. As a note, we do not use some features in FOCUS such as absences or current grades because we have other platforms for that, so you won’t ever see updates there.

Q: What if I have other concerns unrelated to getting into FOCUS? Can you help me?
A: The best first contact for other concerns would be your registrar. Your registrar based on your grade level is listed below with contact information!

Q: I’m seeing an error in my FOCUS account. How do I get that fixed?
A: Previous school grades may not be entered for you yet, but if your grades are entered and you spot an error, please email your registrar (listed above) and include your full name, grade level, and DAOF Student ID listed in the subject line of this email.

They are titled "Email 1 of 2: Launchpad Access How To & Usernames" &

"Email 2 of 2: Launchpad Access Password"

You need BOTH emails. Please read them CAREFULLY.

You will note it says "HENDRY" at the end. Every county has a launchpad. Do NOT use the one for where you live. You MUST use the Hendry one. If you don't see the picture above, you are on the wrong site. Clear your cache & cookies & try again.
