         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp;Banh canh started beginning from Southeast then spread well-know all over Vietnam. Across the country, there are about a dozen types of banh canh prepared according to the taste of people in each region. , the most popular banh canh in Vietnam is banh canh Trang Bang. It was not known what exactly year it was existed, only know that this dish has been existed since the beginning of 20th century. <br>&nbsp; &nbsp;Banh Canh consists of a broth made from shrimp, fish and pork rolls, with spices added depending on the type of cake. Traditionally, do people often eat banh canh for breakfast or the evening. It has fiber so people can work for a long day without hurry. Over time, the popularity of Trang Bang cake soup no longer stops within Tay Ninh province, but has spread across the country and internationally, becoming a separate dish brand associated with Trang Bang. In 2021, Trang Bang cake soup entered the list of Top 100 Vietnamese Specialty Dishes 2020 - 2021 of the Vietnam Record Organization.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;Trang Bang cake soup from being the favorite dish of most people in Trang, gradually becoming a source of livelihood to feed generations of families, and then gradually becoming the pride of Tay Ninh cuisine. To the extent that, the dish not only receives the overwhelming support of the people of Tay Ninh, but also neighboring provinces such as Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Binh Duong, even Cambodian diners often order.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-During the French coliny of Vietnam, they brought some of their traditional food from their homeland. And in HCM city( Sai Gon at the time) people really enjoyed and they changed it over and over then eventually became the type of Banh Mi we see nowaday.<br>-At first, Bánh mì used to be a side dish rather than a main food, it was eaten by people who are rushing to work. The first Banh mi was a long bread just like the French baguette, but throughout the years, Vietnamees people have changed it to a smaller shape so you can easily eat it. In the past, bread stuffing is usually cold cut like ham or cold meat which is inspired by the French, after changing the stuffing a lot of time, nowaday Bánh mì is stuffed with a variety of meat alongside with pickles and vegetable.<br>-Banh mi quickly became one of the best food in Vietnam, it's love spread all over the world. Bánh mì became the symbol of Vietnamese food culture.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-When the French colonial empire invade and colonizing Vietnam, they brought us something special. They brought a food that would change Vietnamese people's mind about foreign food forever. They brought the baguette.&nbsp;<br>-The baguette then spread all around Vietnam to be a side dish. Through out the years, the baguette became shorter, rounder so you can eat it easier. The reign of Banh Mi begins.&nbsp;<br>-The Banh Mi also have stuffing like deli meats and vegetable. Not just eat alone like the baguette.<br>-Nowadays, Vietnamese's Banh Mi has become a multicultural food. You want Chinese style Banh Mi? We have Banh Mi with roasted duck, roasted pig belly,...You want Indian style Banh Mi? We have Banh Mi with goat curry, chicken curry,... You want tradition Vietnamese Banh Mi? We have Banh Mi with fish cake, pork roll,... And if you want Banh Mi with Western influenced stuffing? Oh boy, we have a long list here: Banh Mi with omelet, pate, sausage, cold meat, ham,...<br>-Banh Mi is now world's no.1 street food and even has its own word in the Oxford dictionary, and most important, its the symbol of Vietnamese street foods and culture.</div>]]></description>
