On the first day I went to Dpersada Baroqah, I was greeted by his staff and followed by their manager, Ms. Dina.
The first thing Ms. Dina does is to introduce herself and followed by a brief description of the assignment as an internship student.
There are 3 tasks, which are floor manager, personal assistant and social media admin (marketing).
For this week, I got a personal assistant job so that Ms. Dina can explain me more details.

Working hours on Wednesday-Sunday while Monday and Tuesday are holidays.

Divide the task into a group

We start cleaning the hall such as swept the floor, arrange tables and chairs according to the given layout, lay the tablecloth, put on the seat covers and tie a ribbon at the chairs.

For outside the hall, we need to wipe the glass mirror, clean the sink and refill the hand soap.

For the next cleaning session is building b which are toilet, dormstay and vip’s room. We need to clean the toilet and throw the rubbish. For dormstay and vip’s room, we need to swept the floor, put on sheets and pillowcases, and put the blanket on each bed.

At 10.00 pm, I need to standby in the hall to make sure everything complete before the wedding start.

I need to inform at catering manager that buffet can ready on 10.30 am.

I also need to make sure the bride and groom change their outfit and touch up the makeup.

At 11.30 am, . I and miss Dina will guide the bride and groom at entrance of the hall.

I need alert to the instructions that give by miss Dina on that day.

Not only that, I also must take care the bride and groom such as give them the water and make them comfortable.

At 4.30 pm, I gave the instructions to started the cleaning session.

We need to set up the buffet line for guest to eat after ‘akad nikah’ ceremony.

Both of us need to make sure that the place in good condition.

Then, at 11.00 am the wedding event started.

We need to prepared a new buffet according to the customer’s choice to the guests.

After that, at 2.00 pm we started the cleaning session such as washed all the dirty plates and cups, and swept the floor. We also removed the all the dirty tablecloth and bring it to the laundry.
We finished our work at 3.30 pm.
