Overall, as a top popular destination, Western Europe has always had a significant lead in the number of times it was chosen during these five years, almost ten times that of North America and other regions.</mark> It reached a peak in 1998, with nearly 25,000 <mark>visits</mark>, which is about 30% <s>ahead of</s> the lowest number in 1995, which was 17,000.<em> <mark>Among these five years, the number of people choosing North America has always been lower than those choosing other regions.</mark> <mark>The largest gap was in 1994, with nearly 500 fewer visits. </mark></em>However, t<mark>he number of people choosing North America has been increasing, and in 1998, it was equivalent to nearly 80% of those choosing other regions.</mark></p>]]></description>
