I would describe Zero as smart. I would describe Zero as smart because even though he was abandoned at a young age, he can do math quickly in his brain like when he used math to solve how many letters are really in the alphabet.

To be honest I think Zero is brave because he ran away. When he knew that the desert is a scary place for people. Even he didn't bring an water or food so he can't survive with it. But if he brought food and water then it'll be more stuff to carry.

He makes sure that Stanley (Caveman) is drinking water, so he drinks water for him to. Zero is always making sure Stanley is okay, to pay him back for him saving his life.

Brave, I think brave fits Zero because he ran away from camp. Zero knew that he might die if he ran away but Zero took the risk and ran away. Zero ran away because also everyone thinks that Zero is dumb and useless. Zero is brave because he kept walking to big thumb, maybe he might not make it to big thumb but he kept walking. Zero also went back with Stanley to dig the treasure, Zero took the risk, Zero may get caught by the counselors and the warden.

I think Zero is IMPORTANT because all the way from the begging he was the one who stole the shoes and without him Stanley wouldn't be at camp. He was also the reason why Stanley left camp to find Zero, and now its all because of Zero that they have the suite case.
