If one human uses 10 gallons of water, then two will use 20 and four will use 40 and eight will use 80 etc. However the water on the planet is not increasing, It has stayed the same for the most part since the creation of the planet. Therefore the amount of water available shrinks. 

2.) Education about water conservation and the effects of shrinking water availability can be used as call to action for the people to come together and think of new solutions.
Some ideas could be:
- Using exact measurements for cooking 
- Developing new ways that minimize the amount of water used in irrigation.
