I chose this photo for a few different reasons. I love how the light is hitting the coffee as it's being poured into the mug. It's capturing the action of the pour, and also capturing the steam rising from the mug, which helps to give a more tactile feel of the whole photo. I'm guessing the photographer took this in the early morning, based on the long shadows on the table and the bright morning light. I always pick the brightest shoes whenever I get a new pair of shoes. This picture caught my eye especially because of the blue shoes.
