But the time I actually do what on the video was so hard, yes it is! But when I finished doin&#39; that video, I&#39;m happy and overwhelmed because it&#39;s worth it. Dami kong natutunan.          <title>Effective service recovery is vital to maintaining customer and employee satisfaction and loyalty, which contribute significantly to a company&#39;s revenues and profitability. Yet, most customers are dissatisfied with the way companies do not take advantage of the learning opportunities afforded by service failures. A research-based approach is presented for helping managers develop a comprehensive service recovery system. To encourage dissatisfied customers to complain, leading firms set performance standards, often through the use of guarantees; communicate the importance of recovery to employees; train customers how to complain; and use technological support offered through customer call centers and the Internet. Forms promote organizational learning by documenting and classifying complaints. Useful methods for accomplishing this are discussed.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>WILSON RICAMARA<br>11- TVL-2&nbsp;<br><br>I have learned that when a customer complain you as a waiter act to resolve it as fast as you can you should listen to the guests when he or she's complaining about problems about food, delay or other issues with the restaurant, but when you can't handle the situation then you must call your supervisor or manager but if you can solve it that's much better.<br><br>I have realize that a complain will improve good service and good improvement for the restaurant and its staff/waiter you must possess the skills you need when handling the complaints its important to have a good communication skills to adress the problem.<br><br>I will apply what i have learned in this discussion when I become a waiter or&nbsp; staff or manager in the future and I think I will kept learning communication skills when I graduated from senior high school and college.</div>]]></description>
