    -Anna’s blood sugar was too high so she took insulin, but took too much and threw up.  She tried to take a sugar pill to restore the balance, but she fell and hit the cart, knocking the lamp into her head, rendering her unconscious.  She died later, unable to raise her blood sugar due to being unconscious.
