Why I chose this website because I think these tips could help someone that is looking to live on there own either now or one day. Two tips that I found very helpful were, live by your means which means spend less then what you make. By doing this assignment it has shown me new things to think about when the time comes that I move out.  
2. How this topic is relevant to me is because sooner or later I will have to move out of my parents house, I'm not sure when that will be but I now know that there are a lot more expenses that go along with living on your own.  
3. If I could past one piece of information to family or friends I think it would be to budget and act like you would with savings when you move out before you actually move out. I think this is an important piece of advice because by doing this it gets you ready and use to that process before actually moving and committing to that experience.
