It also provides tips for buying and selling furniture for your house that can save/make you money. &nbsp;<br>Why I chose this website because I think these tips could help someone that is looking to live on there own either now or one day. Some of these tips might seem like common knowledge but some that I found interesting was the moving tips, I didn't think about the cost of moving and if someone could save on those costs that could help them in future costs or payments.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

This website also ask questions and provides answers for people to understand that there is more to moving out by yourself then we commonly thinks. They ask questions such as can you cover your bills?, do you have renters insurance? and also questions about deposits and fees.&nbsp;<br>I chose this website because they provided questions and answers that&nbsp;you normally wouldn't think about. I really like that they considered things like roommates and cooking food instead out take out. </div>]]></description>

Two tips that I found very helpful were, live by your means which means spend less then what you make. Another tip I found helpful was Make use of your freezer which means buy items that are on sale or cheap and put them in the freezer for later. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp; What I learned about this topic that surprised me the most was all the hidden expenses that people never think about, things like moving costs, saving on furniture and cooking more to save money. By doing this assignment it has shown me new things to think about when the time comes that I move out. &nbsp;<br>2. How this topic is relevant to me is because sooner or later I will have to move out of my parents house, I'm not sure when that will be but I now know that there are a lot more expenses that go along with living on your own. &nbsp;<br>3. If I could past one&nbsp;piece of information to family or friends I think it would be to budget and act like you would with savings when you move out before you actually move out. I think this is an important piece of advice because by doing this it gets you ready and use to that process before actually moving and committing to that experience.  <br><br></div>]]></description>
