Growing up I always enjoyed going on runs with my dad and had always raced my friends. I first joined track and field in middle school. I found it exciting and enjoyed the competition involved. I started taking the sport seriously when I started high school and eventually progressed to varsity in my junior year. I found that working as a team to win competitions taught me the importance of accountability, and made me always perform at my highest level when working as part of a team. Due to the amount of time I have put into the sport, I have developed running as an outlet. Ever since I can remember, I have had a deep love for music. When I was 15 years old I decided it was time for me to make my own music. I purchased a music production software program called FL Studio. Ever since, I have been producing tracks for friends and other artists. I really enjoy making music and believe it has shaped me into a more creative, open-minded individual.

When I was in high school, my mom introduced me to the idea of being a vegetarian. She had me and my siblings read some intriguing articles and watch a couple of documentaries on the benefits. From that point on I decided to become a vegetarian. Most people choose to go that route due to animal cruelty and other factors, but I made my decision based solely on my health. I have some family members who eat meat, and prioritize it over vegetables and other nutrient-dense foods, causing them to experience heart attacks. Mainly out of fear, I decided to switch over and cut meat out of my diet. I have noticed I have more energy and feel healthier overall.
