Things you can do to support yourself

  • Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media. Hearing about the pandemic repeatedly can be upsetting.
  • Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditate. Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals, exercise regularly and get plenty of sleep.
  • Make time to unwind. Try to do some other activities you enjoy.
  • Connect with others. Talk with people you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling. Your teachers are always here for you!

1. Open Teams, either by clicking the App or going to www.hills.qld.edu.au > Connect > Student > Office 365 email > Teams

2. Click on High School Preparation 2020 > General

3. Go to the calendar on the left side of the screen. 

4. On the date of that day you are looking, there should be a 'join meeting' button. Click that and you are in!
