I have lived in different parts of Germany for the last 25 years, including Hamburg, Thuringia, Hessen and NRW. I moved to Tübingen in 2019, so it is still new and fun for me here.
I enjoy teaching about sustainability and cultural topics in English. Sometimes I even teach a theater course called Storytelling Theater.
I spend most of my freetime with my family (two kids and a German husband) and friends from all over the world. I like eating well and taking long walks or bike rides in the countryside. I also play in a improvisational theater group.

I have moved to Tübingen in 2018, before I have lived in Stuttgart.
My interests include reading books (especially fantasy), watching movies or series and making a lot of music. 
I have played the piano and the violin since my 6th birthday and I love it. So this is the reason for attending an orchestra and also practising and hearing mostly music in my freetime.

I moved to Tübingen half a year ago and I am really excited about the city. What I've always wanted to do is stand-up paddling on the Neckar River. Maybe I'll manage that this summer. 
Otherwise, I like to read, especially classical novels or something from the fiction genre. My favorite book is "Agnes" by Peter Stamm. Do you know it? 
When I'm not reading, I like to photograph or meet up with friends. We often try out new cafés or have a picnic on the Neckar Island or walk up to the castle. I think the view from there is just great.

I´m from Istanbul an I have been living here for 4 years. I love Tübingen because it´s a small pretty city with so many students. You can always meet up with some friends on the street and do something spontaneous.
I´m studying psychology on the 6th Semester and I want to become a therapist one day. I like reading, cooking and travelling. Most of my readings are about psychology lately. I am also planning to discover the beautiful River Neckar by Stand-up Paddling this Summer. 
Next Semester I will be in Spain as an Erasmus student, that’s why I’m here to improve my English skills. So I´m also learning Spanish. Unfortunately I couldn’t get any place in Spanish course so let me know if you have good tips to learn Spanish.

During my exchange period, I want to improve my English speaking skill and learn some basic German language, so that’s a reason I join this class.
I like to watch Netflix and Youtube in my spare time. When it comes to food, I have to admit that I’m a total sucker! Please tell me if you know some great foods around Tübingen.
It’s my first time coming to Europe, so I really want to travel around Europe, try some great foods which can’t taste in my country and make new friends around the world!

In this context, I’m planning to conduct a study abroad next Winter Semester in the prefecture of Aichi, which is located between Tokyo and Osaka. The exchange programme will last approximately a half year. At the moment, I am preparing administrative matters and my Japanese language competence. 
Besides my research interests and university activities, I exercise in my free time such as playing football, alone or with friends, going for a run or in summer playing table tennis. Since I live in a small shared flat, my neighbour and I sometimes cooking and backing together, go out for a picnic in summer or watch movies.
