The people in the Justice court can veto it, if needed. People can choose who is in the court, but that person must be approved by the President. Everyone has free speech and if they really want someone to be in the government that will have to get a curtain number of people to agree on it. Then the government will recognise them and do a background check on them at make sure they are right for the job. To become the President you volunteer and the country you live in will vote on who they want, and who ever get the most vost is the President. They could get kicked out of the government is  If the people do not agree and protest they will be sent to court. This utopia is a democracy and everyone has a voice.  If a person breaks the law, they are sent to jail for an amount of time depending what crime they committed.
1.)  Kids must be in school by the age of 5.
2.)You need a permit for cutting down trees for construction. You also need a permit to keep the fish, you can fish without a permit as long as you put the fish back where you got it.
3.) Taking drugs that are not prescribed by certified doctors are illegal. 
4.) Taxes must be payed every year. Including mortgage, electricity bills, phone bills, water bills.   
5.) If you have road rage, you speed, or drink and drive you will get a ticket. If get a ticket you are sent to court. However, if you do not wish to contest the traffic ticket, you may pay the ticket price prior to the hearing date and need not appear in court.

Some may chose to live in apartments. The streets are mostly quiet during they day and are a bit busy at night. Some families have their own businesses and chose to live above that business. No house in the utopia is alike because then, the town will seem plain and not creative. There are 4 types of dwellings that people can live in. Apartments, Regular houses, Giant Mansions, and beach houses that people can buy or rent. Lots of families live in Houses and there is a certain neighborhood for people with giant mansions. The neighborhood with mansions seem like a whole different utopia. The other neighborhood does not get jealous or angry at the other one. Both villages are mostly the same and there are only a few differences. One neighborhood has parks for kids to play at and the other has a forest that you can hike on and a mountain. That neighborhood also has animal sanctuaries. Government buildings like the town hall are located on main street. Before a person or family moves in, they get a menu of houses and furniture. They can choose what they want their house to look like and what to put in it. They have the menu for three months and then the menu walks back to the real estate agency. The menu is a robot. The robot will return to the family and tell them the date they can move in. When they arrive to their new home, a team of robots will move their stuff into their home. The school year always starts on January 6th. the school day starts at 8:15 am and ends at 2:20 pm. July and December are month given off from school. there is recess in Elementary, access in Middle school, and A free period in high school. In Elementary school students are taught about individuality and being kind. They are taught about different cultures and laws. Students can choose in high school and in 8th grade if students want to take art, music, and gym. students have to take health for 2 years in high school, and students also have to take math, science, language arts and social studies. the schools allow the Students more freedom.
