I feel like I've gotten to know you so much better this year and I am loving every bit of it! You are witty, hilarious and all around good company. It's been a year and thats an understatement. However, no matter the challenge you remain committed to being the best you can possibly be at this role. Your commitment and love for our families is absolutely incredible and our community certainly feels more connected because of you. Im so appreciative to everything you bring to this work. My biggest hope at this moment is that you take a second to receive and bask in all of the love you are receiving. You are amazing!

First and foremost, congrats on your recent nuptials. You looked beautiful and so incredibly joyful. Marriage looks good on you!

I continue to be motivated by your commitment and belief in our scholars. You sincerely want them to have access to any opportunity they choose. You hear people say this alot but I've seen you in action.

I am also thankful for your honesty. Your feedback has pushed me as a leader to be even better.

We've gotten the opportunity to spend so much more time together this year. I continued to be impressed by your hunger for growth, flexibility and deep commitment to our scholars and families. Your interest in involving and truly becoming apart of the community that you serve is refreshing and much needed. I know sometimes it doesnt seem like it but your work and contributions are seen and deeply appreciated. You add so much to our work, our families and our kids.
