Beside, the tent is water proof which is helpful in flood. However, it require large amount of man power to deliver the shelter boxes to all the refugees of the disaster and it cannot help to save those who are trap in the flood.

Bamboo shelter is efficient in flood because it can float in the float and water proof. It also provide warm to the refugees.
