I used to live in Streeterville, in Chicago and was surrounded by poverty. Every step I took with my stepmom or dad, we would see someone who was homeless. As schools like my middle school began to see this as a recurring and growing issue, my school (ST. Johns) dedicated every Wednesday after school to making food, and care packages for homeless people who aren't in a shelter. The same goes for Palestine. However, Palestine art is in the form of clothing and food. This is what forms the culture itself.
