After doing the math exhibition, there are so many things that i learned. I learned about the time of preparation, thinking about the development of a child when creating the activities, how to make engaging activities for grade 1 students, and how to let students struggle as they do the work. I also learned that sometimes my instruction may not always be clear and sometimes I should clarify what i mean in my instructions. I realized that one of my weaknesses through doing this exhibition is that I am not the most creative person and sometimes, my ideas and activities are too simplistic and people become bored with the activities that I have chosen. My strengths from doing this exhibition are matching my standards, objectives, and activities. I think to improve I would want to do more research of activities and not thinking about finding an easy activity that can be done for me, but finding activities that can challenge my students into learning mathematics.
