For the next class, the activity will revolve around the method that you can use to gather information on your possible customer or consumer of your product.

Using the information given on the slides as guides, choose methods that you will use:
Observation
Interview or
Survey

to gather information on your consumer and their needs which will reflect your possible products features

As a start we will use SMARTPHONE as our product.  Conduct an information search on the needs of your consumers.  You can select students or staff around FK as your target consumers and get their feedbacks

Upload your findings as well as your activity onto your respective padlet.

1- LIST out and ORGANIZE all the needs described by your potential        customers.  You can also brainstorm and add on into the list.
    You might need to DROP some  if you find them not so appropriate
You need to GROUP them so that you can have a more generic specification

2-RANK the GROUP OF NEEDS based on the importance of the KEYWORDS
    ESSENTIAL
    DESIRABLES
    USEFUL

3-REVIEW your list
    Look at the type of product to be produced
    Possible market or consumer : customer or lead user


Once you are done with your list, upload it to your design padlet and we will discuss it from there
