         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Matt should explain to Bill why he wrote "gender stereotypes" in his notes so Bill can understand the problem that he allowed to happen.<br>2. Bill should explain to his class the next day why the divisions created in class were wrong and that the comments made afterward were offensive.<br>3. Matt and Bill should explain to other staff at the school what happened so they can avoid making a similar mistake in a meeting where they discuss the negativities of gender stereotyping and division and any cases of it being an issue in the school.<br>4. The teachers should explain to their classes what they discussed in the meeting and hold themselves and students accountable of giving everyone respect no matter their gender in the future.</div>]]></description>
