Each president has a two consecutive term limitation. In 2012 the term of office was 4 years but it got changed to 6 years. The prime minister is elected by the president and then confirmed by the Duma. If it rejects the nominee 3 times, The president calls a new election. To be a president in Russia you have to be atleast 35 years old and permanently resided for 10 years. In Russia's constitution it doesn't have a limit for how many terms someone can serve for, only that they can't serve more than 2 consecutive terms. Also in Russia if you photograph any military establish, airports, or any sites of strategic importance you are likely to be arrested if you are caught. Photographing any of this is banned. In addition you should always have your passport with you in Russia.
