'15' permitted for ages 15; it can contain sexual activity but not in immense detail. Possibly strong sex references, hard drugs, nudity and sexual violence depending 
on the context, albeit it can be elucidated. An example of a 15 rated movie is The Inbetweeners 2; the movie contains strong nudity, strong language and sex references 

'18' movie is available to view for 18's and over. The movie can possibly contain real sex scenes based on the context; sadistic humour, strong drug, sex references and sexual violence if it's not highly graphic plus depicted erotic in addition scenes are compulsory to cut when possible.
