I totally agree with this because these objectives will serve as the academic compass of the teachers as well as students to achieve the desired learning outcomes.

This is not true at all. There's no such thing as disorganization with a flexible lesson planning. In fact, in lesson planning, it is important to know what the students need. Another thing to note is that lesson planning doesn't get inconsistent, rather it gets flexible but consistent.
