I am Hafizuddin, a Pure Maths student, I’m used to solving abstract problems — but running a Spartan Race taught me the real value of lifting others up. Through this #Mbassador journey, I hope to be a reliable voice, a thoughtful collaborator, and someone who uplifts others while growing alongside them.

I’m excited to be part of the Maybank #Mbassador program, and for my 2025 resolution, I aim to focus on growth, learning, and contributing to the global #Mbassador community.

Here’s what I hope to achieve:

Learn: Deepen my understanding of the financial industry and the global impact of Maybank’s initiatives.

Grow: Develop stronger leadership skills by engaging with fellow #Mbassadors and taking on new challenges.

Contribute: Share my insights and experiences with the community, helping others while learning from their unique perspectives.

Carlos the Capybara, known for his chill demeanor and surprisingly insightful observations, dreamed of joining the Maybank Ambassador program. "Imagine," he'd think, while lounging by the riverbank, "a place where even a capybara's calm perspective is valued!" He knew Maybank valued teamwork and growth, and Carlos, despite his relaxed pace, was a team player through and through. He envisioned learning from the wise old elephants of risk management, the agile monkeys of digital banking, and the leading lions. He planned to connect with at least five new creatures weekly, from chatty parrots to philosophical frogs. And, inspired by the program, Carlos resolved to share his (often waterlogged) insights in a weekly jungle blog. He knew, with his unique perspective and Maybank's values, he could bring a fresh, if slightly damp, perspective to the team.

I’m Kalai Siva or Carlos, and this #Mbassador journey means stepping into the “morning sunshine” of Maybank.

My Personal Resolutions:

Learn from the best. I want to absorb insights from seasoned Maybankers about risk management, digital banking, and leadership.

Expand my network. I’ll reach out to at least five new colleagues each week because great ideas often start as casual conversations.

Contribute actively. I’ll share a weekly blog post or LinkedIn update on what I’ve learned and how it can benefit our wider community.

My goals for this year as a #Mbassador are simple but exciting! 🌟

1. Travel & Connect ✈️ – Visit at least one new country and make friends with #Mbassadors from different cultures.

2. Level Up My Skills 📚 – Learn something new every month, especially about finance and leadership.

3. Stay Active & Healthy 💪 – Train for a 5KM run and maybe even a football tournament!

4. Spread Good Vibes 🤗 – Help others in the program, share useful tips, and cheer everyone on!
